Nationwide Walkout

Vaccine Mandates are fast approaching. Many people I know are caving. Why don’t we stage a nationwide walkout. Everyone that is against mandates does not show up to work. We can do this peacefully.

Remind those that the decisions will only get more difficult. 1st the mask, it would have been easy for us all to say no a year ago. Now the vax. Next comes a complete loss of medical autonomy over your children and yourself. After that things get really bad.

It doesn't end until we take a stand.

My friend is an employee with the Defense Supply Center and they were basically told the vaccine is mandated and exemptions will be limited.

NASA goes as far as demand to know how long you have held your religious belief (irrelevant), what vaccines you have taken, and what other things your religion forbids

After everything that we have seen, if you're still dumb enough to work for the illegitimate federal government, that's on you. I quit over a year ago and yeah I'm poorer and had to give up some luxuries, but I wouldn't change it for anything. It's better to be free and poor than to think you're rich and existing as a slave...

My employer just sent out the "get vaxed or be terminated" notice yesterday. I held out hope they wouldn't, but they seemed way too globalist to do otherwise.

I appreciate it. I'm conflicted at the moment. This company has had a Commie "look at how great we are!" vibe for a while, which is just getting worse with "Diversity and Inclusion Officers", and the division I work for has had a mass exodus of the talent that knew how the product works. Frankly, if just a few key Engineers are also based and walked out it could fuck them over so bad, but as I told my boss, I've felt my voice snuffed out from the very beginning by the loud co-workers who are addicted to regurgitating fear porn.

So that's where I'm at.. My boss suggested applying for exemptions but as I told him, I know that's a case of "some animals are equal - some are more equal than others". He doesn't seem to want to fully understand the level of evil we're facing, but I also understand he can't really do anything about it either. He did indicate that he knows about The Great Reset though, so maybe he's catching on. I like this job enough, I haven't really ever loved it, but.. When I think about what my ancestors went through in the Revolutionary War, all I can see is this is a Global Empire once again coming for my family's livelihood, and it feels like my time to take a stand. Not for me so much as for everyone.

Being fired for wrongthink has a certain dignity to it at least. I could apply for an exemption, expecting it not to make a difference, and then sue for wrongful termination. The very idea that someone who works from home all the time needs to be jabbed is abjectly retarded.

Hold out as long as possible and let them fire you. Every time I've had to switch jobs, I've come out better off. The final time I was left with just $500 and I used that to start my own business. Within a year I was earning twice as much.

Pro Tip: It's not going to end when everyone complies with the Vaxx Mandate. The DS is only going to keep moving the goal posts. Pretty soon, those that are considered "Fully Vaccinated" will be labeled "Un-Vaccinated" because they haven't gotten the n to the x power booster shot.

Now is the time to take a stand....while you still have strength to do so.

I think the idea is that there are several who might grow their own balls when surrounded by the balls of others. Maybe they might not cave if they felt they had support? Just a theory.

Unless the entire company's employees walk out with you, you are only identifying to HR who they need to take a close look at. IMO for it to work, it needs to be everybody Ina company, or at least a significant operationally crippling amount of people.

Not naysaying, it's an idea on the right track, but we also have to be more careful than ever to cover our butts.

Good point. I just feel like we have to do something. I believe in the plan but not sure how it works into these mandates. Lots of people are standing up and we have more power in numbers.

Companies cannot afford to lose 5% of their workforce. Especially considering people with the backbones to stand up to tyranny are exceptional people that likely impact their companies bottom lines.

I would argue different companies have different situations and thus are more or less tolerant of loss of human resources. Also we have seen in some cases that some larger companies began hiring before the mandate was announced so that no productivity was lost at all. So saying we are valuable only works in certain specific companies and situations.

At my company right now, it’s 25%. Several people I know that are opposed to the vaccine are planning on getting it to save their job. They feel there is no other option.

It would potentially be a much different story if this vaccine was proven and there were not so many injuries and deaths. Just the fact that they still want you to wear masks after you get these vaccinations kind of tells you everything you need to know

The number of people at my company caving is disheartening. Almost all of my company got vaxxed very fast. We employ thousands and only 73 are sticking around long enough to get fired, they have another week to decide though. The sad thing is if you don't get it, you just have to show you got tested once a week - which at my company means log into a google form and click negative and move on.

This is just like everything else. Where are our leaders? They're all corrupt so regular Joe's need to stand up and organize walkouts on the underground.

What Southwest pilots did was a perfect example. Their employer didn't know it was coming; it was perfectly within their rights and LUV felt the pain. How did those pilots do it without it leaking in a way that the airline could prepare? That's the important piece. As great as a nationwide walkout sounds, a thousand walkouts that happen independently and don't allow for preparation by the employers would hurt a lot more.

I run a small biz and nobody that works with me has to answer to the mandate. I quit my job at a big employer over far less than a mandated injection of an experimental drug. If you won't make them fire you, at least try to organize a sickout that is secretive and causes some real pain to the employer.

I have been wondering, if an employer enforces "vacc or get fired" will the employee be eligible for unemployment compensation? i guess that might differ by state, but if the fired employee IS eligible for unemployment compensation, then the company would be "billed back" for the amount of unemployment compensation, by increasing the employer's amount of state unemployment payments due...i was sole proprietor of a small business in Texas, and found out the hard way, that the state does/did do this...

I believe that all depends on how they fire you. I copied this down from a different response so don't give me credit, but this is the best approach I've read and is exactly what I would do if I had an employer try to force the vax on me.

If you are being forced to Vax in order to keep your job, here’s a great way to handle it. (Conditional acceptance)

The secret is NOT to refuse it.

“I write with regard to the matter of potential covid vaccine and my desire to be fully informed and appraised of ALL facts before going ahead. I’d be most grateful if you could please provide the following information, in accordance with statutory legal requirements.”:

  1. Can you please advise the approved legal status of any vaccine and if it is experimental?

  2. Can you please provide details and assurances that the vaccine has been fully, independently and rigorously tested against control groups and the subsequent outcomes of those tests?

  3. Can you please advise the entire list of contents of the vaccine I am to receive and if any are toxic to the body?

  4. Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since it’s introduction?

  5. Can you please confirm that the vaccine you are advocating is NOT experimental mRNA gene altering therapy?

  6. Can you please confirm that I will not be under any duress from yourselves as my employers, in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?

  7. Can you please advise me of the likely risk of fatality, should I be unfortunate to contract Covid 19 and the likelihood of recovery?

  8. Can you please advise me if I were to experience any adverse reactions is the manufacturer of the vaccine liable? If the manufacturer isn’t liable will the company I’m currently employed with with be responsible & liable as it is their request that I have the vaccine in order to carry on my employment?

Once I have received the above information in full and I am satisfied that there is NO threat to my health, I will be happy to accept your offer to receive the treatment, but with certain conditions – namely that:

  1. You confirm in writing that I will suffer no harm.

  2. Following acceptance of this, the offer must be signed by a fully qualified doctor who will take full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries occurring to myself, and/or from any interactions by authorized personnel regarding these procedures.

  3. In the event that I should have to decline the offer of vaccination, please confirm that it will not compromise my position and that I will not suffer prejudice and discrimination as a result?

I would also advise that my inalienable rights are reserved.

The point is that if they CANNOT provide that information you’ve NOT refused.
