For all those other non IT anons like me trying to figure out what all these technical terms mean; i painstaking shuffled back and forth deciphering word for word what the IT terms mean. I've translated what all 11 pages mean in their entirety and will paste the translation below:

I have to agree that there is a lot more going on but the focus should be on Arizona decertification. In fairness though a lot of the experimental inoculations are hitting close to home for many and that is occupying people's times as they try to combat the draconian "mandates".

No, the solution starts with Wendy Rogers getting her fellow AZ legislators to decertify the 2020 election and pass a law forbidding the use of voting machines and mail-in ballots. Call a press conference at a landfill where the election machines are being crushed and buried. Then quickly leading the charge in GA, PA, MI, WI, NV for them to do likewise.

Total agreement on down voting, debate if you disagree. The reality is we don’t know what is going on with anything. We don’t know have real journalists reporting the truth and that goes for many sites that claim to be conservative. Too much sensationalism to sell ads.
Anecdotally I can say people I know who denied election fraud are now changing their minds. And they are admitting things were better with President Trump. So maybe this drip, drip, drip approach is working. But only if you buy into the concept there is a minimum threshold of people who need to be awake before overturning the election fraud.
Isn't that the point, that there's X amount of people to wake up to everything, we're all in the war as warriors, there are no civilians, there are no innocent bystanders.

There's a difference between a fat fingered pede getting screwed by the autocorrect on his cash-only burner cell and an official report. Especially one of this import.
I'm going to chalk it up as a situation where somehow CMZ was the copyeditor.
I can sum up the report because no one has actually read it who commented.
The entire report is basically CN saying that the Senate misread the report.
For example, the Senate said they couldn't provide any forensic backups of all keystroke logs at polling place because those overwrite themselves after 20mb of storage is filled.
CN responded by saying, that's not the point, you're supposed to preserve all keystroke logs for 22 months, not until 20MB is filled up.
20mb of keystroke data is about 2 years worth of commands on a busy public terminal - so yeah, kind of suspicious.
Great. It was rigged. It was stolen. It was blatant and obvious... Arrest when?
