I visit my brother in prison once a week and up untill today I would visit him in person with a contect visit. Meaning face to face and we can hug. TDCJ Ramsey unit just changed their policy to make it so only vaccinated inmates can get full contact visits essentially mandating the vaccine for contact visits for the inmates. He has major heart issues and religious resons for not getting the "vaccine". He is one of very few i mates that are still unvaccinated, so it appears ti be a rule simply to harm him for his choice.
Abbot signed an order preventing any entitiy public or private from mandating the vaccine in yet TDCJ is mandating it for visitation.
The vaccines are under EUA so they cant be mandated for that reason as well.
What can I do? Please help.
Find yourselves a good lawyer and fight back.
Well, I guess we'll just have to bust him out. You get some horses and I'll get some dynamite and we'll meet up at the livery.
Not the right time or place for this. I empathize with his trouble. This shit is coming home to everyone, including you.
Mirth is dead. Let us mourn.
Sorry for your trouble.. You could try AG Paxton perhaps.
This is the answer.
Definitely report this to your state Attorney General. I just got on the site and they’ve got a running list of violators- check and see if the prison is on it. The only thing I’d be wary of is if they would try and retaliate against your brother. At this point I don’t put anything past these soulless marxist beasts.

Also, America’s Frontline Doctors has some legal resources that might be helpful. Contact them as well.

Have a lawyer give the prison a call, asking questions.
Yes. You can hire a lawyer to do a task. My husband's accident insurance wasn't calling him back, so he had a lawyer draw up a letter to the insurance company. They got right on it. And it wasn't expensive to have a lawyer do this.
Taking the Covid jab = death sooner or later.
Sooner than later

Praying for the both of you.
Get your brother to get right with God. As far as I am concerned, he is a martyr.
He has been fully reformed. Went in unable to read due to severe dyslexia. Was in solitary for 2 years, during that time he had one book. The Bible. He looked at it every day untill one day he could read. From there he educated himself and learned a great deal, got a GED, And a Bachelors. He needed prison to change. And he has.
Is he a lifer?
No
I will say a prayer for your brother - and for you that you will succeed in this battle. I'd echo what others recommended - get a lawyer. Document everything in writing. Make sure the jail knows you're watching them like a hawk. Godspeed!
God bless him. He's in God's hands. God bless, patriot.
Thanks Kim. Dont use your nukes please.
Grand Marshal approves this message.
I sent a letter to Governor Abbot. The guy is a zionist and a RINO in my personal opinion but will see what happens. I've sent messages lots of time to people in politics and I never get anything back. Except the other day my neighbor told me there was a huge drone going over our homes, just ours lol...

they have good resources to check.
Be glad he's unvaxed. From my understanding, the overwhelming majority of prisoners in the U.S. are fully vaccinated. When the health problems really begin, the prisons may be in BIG trouble.
This is the case as well for the high school girls in the children's home I volunteer for. It's punishment for the few hold outs, they can't leave the campus without it. Absolutely heartbreaking
Unless he is up for early release, a lawyer or reporting to the Texas AG, Ken Paxton, is your best bet. Ramsey unit. Not far from me! Neighbor works there in medical.
Get a good attorney and try to contact AG Paxton.
How much time does he have left? Has he been building up good time and eligible for parole?
Yes, he has about 1 year left before he is eligible.
If President Trump finishes his plan soon, I think this will become a non-issue.
First step contact the Ombudsman here

They are to investigate complaint.
TDCJ has not allowed in person visitation due to COVID since last year. Are you certain this is because of vaccination status or the virus?
I visit weekly, they allow in-person visits when a unit reaches 70 percent vaccination and 0 covid cases. I have been able to visit in person for about 2 months now. They just changed policy specifically for unvaccinated.
Call the Governor's Office.
I know this may sound crazy... but please consider writing a letter to your governor, explaining circumstances and asking for clemency (the governor can legally grant a full pardon). May help to send it registered. If you know anyone who can hand deliver it to him, all the better.

Praying for you guys.
