Im Breaking: My country is offocially implementing a CovScan app for passes and tests with QR codes.
Going to lose my job. Ive managed to survive this long buying food, socialising, and working by photoshopping the dates on a PCR test (we've been required to have a test every 3 days).
Now thats no longer going to pass, everything digital with tests and passes both having QR codes. I cant go and buy food, I cant go to restaurants or bars with friends or family, I wont even be able to work.
I dont know what to do. PCR tests are €30 and even if I was okay with being lobotomized with a swab I cant afford €300/month on tests.
Things are looking bleak. I dont know what to do and the dark thoughts are creeping in. Pray for me pedes, hopefully the credits of this movie start rolling soon.
Apply for asylum in Florida or Texas. Seriously. The unvaccinated are a class persecuted by their government and may be denied essentials for life.

I doubt it. The EU CovScan app was only implemented for "Travel" between member states but said each country can choose whether to include it domestically. Mine did.

There was a lot of backlash originally back in March, but since we're a country that relies heavily on tourism most businesses relented during lockdowns and practically begged the government to open the country up again. Now they're all willing to do the bidding of the gov, especially since they risk getting fined if they have any unchecked patrons in their business.
We're a pretty corrupt country unfortunately (got caught giving Chinese and Russians citizenship/passports if they bought properties for over €1M) so I doubt the legal route is viable. We've also got quite an old population, most of whom still drive around in their cars alone with masks on.

Using frauded documents is consenting to use the system and leaves you with sympathy of no one when you go to court, it's stupid and paves the way for biometric ID to assure verification. It is less than useful, it helps the other team in an insidious manner.

If you've been photoshopping dates, maybe you can screenshot QR codes? When they ask, just pop up a static image. If you have a friend who can display the real image, you can take a picture of it to fit your screen. That way you'll display a valid QR- just coordinate so that you never use it in two faraway places at the same time.

She has set up grocery lists for every country that has asked to be helped. Also bill payment, and housing rent/mortgages payments. These groups are funded by the Good Samaritans of each country. There are C&D order groups, no vax groups, no vax employment groups etc. PLUS tremendous encouragement and support from all members there. Please go there and search these channels and feel hopeful again!!

Your phone might be able to read them as well. Failing that there are other apps.
