It was apparent it was a pressure technique to push people to vax up. But some companies will still try to force this through without the cloak of protection from OSHA.

I thought I had read that the 5th circuit appeals court was seeking a permanent injunction for the ruling. Wouldn't that kill it entirely, at least the OSHA part of it. They'll always continue to try and side step the constitution.

Update ==> Last night my boss asked us all to log into some 3rd party in-Human Resources site called "Alight" to upload a photo of our vaccination card. I let him know that corporate didn't respond yet. So I took the opportunity to drop the Adverse Drug Reaction list from the WHO and today's OSHA statement since the topic was brought up.
Even though he got the mystery juice injection, surprisingly he replied with "Hang in there". I know he's conservative, just not well informed unfortunately.

My VERY large worldwide employer is publicly traded on the stock market. Even though anyone can invest in the company, there are even bigger companies that "own" nearly all the big companies in the world.
I watched it and researched my multi-Billion $ employer and sure enough, Vanguard (a private company) owns the lion share of the business.
So if it’s a non-profit does that mean their isn’t. CFO or CEO or president of the company that doesn’t have extremely high salaries and still profit in the shadows.. even though the company is nonprofit the employees still get paid correct?

I personally bit the bullet, and submitted my religious exemption. It was accepted. I assume that my company, a liberal leftist college, is smart enough to at least offer the option, and accept all exemptions that at least we're solely about religion. Their hands are tied. They would get sued into oblivion if they denied me.
Anyway, every bit of news like this is a step forward. No matter how illegal and overreaching, it still needs to be fought. It is, simply put, in contradiction to everything America stands for. We have a constitution for a reason.

While this is GREAT news of the day, the CMS ( Centers for Medicare and Medicaid) have issued a mandate for any entity that receives reimbursements for services under these programs with a Jan 4th deadline. This means any doctor's office, clinic, mental health agency, addiction treatment center or hospital will still be pushing for the vaccine. This is because Medicare and Medicaid is usually 75-90% of these entities budget. Failure to follow this will result in many companies closing. On the other hand, if they mandate, they could lose 25% of their staff and thus lose a good chunk of revenue. Please put the pressure on your state Attorney Generals to challenge this mandate just like they did the OSHA one. I pray that this will be resolved or I will be forced out of a job that I loved for the last 28 years.
Yeah the hospital I work at just announced today we have to vaccinated by dec 5th. The cited the Medicare/Medicare as the sole reason.
