I officially signed and submitted the official complaint against my previous employer for discrimination with the EEOC. I applied for religious exemption for the vax, but it was denied over the summer. I lost my job early this fall. I won’t lie and say I’m not scared. I have my full trust in God and will be leaning on Him the whole time. I don’t expect much from the legal pursuit , but I refuse to sit silently as they dictate to me and other employees what is “religious vs. political in nature”. Please Father, bring proper judgement and justice, In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Prayers to you 🙏 and all who are battling this fight may God watch over all
They can't change a contract after it is signed. Sue!
This is good, as it opens discovery for you. Subpeona all their records including any internal discussions about you, about prior tuition payments/reimbursements, and about the mandate and any employee payments/reimbursements.
I'm sure a civil jury would love to read about how your former company figured it'd save $x by getting back tuition paid before they layered a mandate on everyone.
Good advice...document everything and sue!
May God Protect and Bless you and your family. As you go down this path He will be with you always.
Be Not Afraid. 🙏
Counter sue.
Praying! You are in the right and kudos for standing firm and fighting back. Remember, Paul used his Roman citizenship to pursue justice for his mistreatment. It took him on a journey, but that was through the Holy Spirit. So be sure to put on your Armor everyday and read Psalms out loud. Praying for your protection and that the Lord sends his angels to battle for you.
thank you so much for your prayers. I'll make sure to armor up everyday haha. I like the idea of saying the psalms out loud. It feels much more powerful that way.
You got my prayers....
Thank you, much appreciated.
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States are your standing.
Do not agree to any hypothetical arguments. Stay on the facts and don't fall for any of their perverted, lawyerspeak bullshit. Have your evidences ready and do not settle for any unreasonable amount of money. Do not allow them to push pseudoscience vaccines are safe non-sense.
I may be entering the fight too and I am just as scared. But God didn't bring me all this way to give up because the TV might call me names. Nor has He brought you here for nothing. It sucks. It's shitty. We shouldn't have to go through this. But we know what's on the other side.
God Bless you during your battle as well u/GoingCamero. 🙏
Thank you for the advice and support! I will keep you in my prayers as well!

Since DNA is altered, the 2008 GINA might help in your case. Just throwing some more info your team's way. Godspeed!
You should be able to gain some knowledge, which could help you in your trial, from this video…

🙏....God has great plans for you fren
Blessings
We are praying for you, and are here to help and support. God bless you, your family, and your fight.
Praying with you, fren. Best to you on this journey. Glad you have the fortitude to take it. And please, keep us updated on your progress.
Hubbies work is now forcing even their remote workers to shoot it up or lose their job.
He's going to file a religious exemption. But doesn't expect them to honor it.
In march they will fire him.
Feel for ya pede. Keep us posted on your battle because it's going to be ours shortly.
Read EEOC chapter 12 (https://www.eeoc.gov/laws/guidance/section-12-religious-discrimination) and use wording conforming to that, and keep it all about his sincerely held beliefs (and not, for instance, because your particular denomination's leaders say X or Y, because then it's about someone else's conscience).
Yes, this, and try not to base it on scripture because for some reason the ptb do not like that and will reject said religious exemption. Speak of your own beliefs only.
Thanks. He wasn't planning on expounding on it. Company is so liberal the only religious exemption they will accept is probably the muslims.
No quitters here, they'll have to fire him! Company is super woke, not that prayer doesn't work, they are just incredibly stuck in their faggotry.
Absolute bs to force it on their remote team.
Of course I continue to pray for you.
Lost mine in June. God will provide.
I'm sorry to hear that. My prayers are with you too.
Thanks fren. God opens many doors and I encourage you to enjoy this time, this journey. Life is full of attacks but I’m more peaceful than I’ve ever been. It’s more than just a job!
good luck to you and I applaud your strength friend -
It sounds to me like you have a case-not just breach of contract on their part but the constitutional aspect of this “mandate”.
that's good to hear! I'm taking any encouraging words I can get haha
I put in my complaint weeks ago. They are so backed up that I cannot get an appointment, which is the next step in the process. Did you actually get to talk with someone? Are the filing a case on your behalf ? I am still trying to find a lawyer who will help me.
I see they are booked out at least a month. I keep checking in to see if something opens up. Good luck and yes, please keep us informed.
I would be doing the same if I had not received my exemption. The Good Lord apparently wanted me to stay right where I am but I am not happy knowing what has happened to some of my fellow coworkers who were suspended Oct 1 and fired within 28 days of that date. Btw, I pray that you receive the answers you are looking for and make them pay!!! I think since the mandate has been suspended and deemed unconsitutional, in a court, that everyone that was fired should be either given their jobs back or compensated for 2 years salary.
I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think it's a good idea to come onto a public website, give details about legal matters you're involved in, name the company that you're having legal issues with, and then publicly make statements that could be used against you should they somehow be made aware of them.
It's just not the brightest thing to do.
yeah you're right deleting now. got caught up in the stress of it all. thanks for looking out.
Good luck on everything.
I think what sucks about it all is that I have no one to talk to about it. My family and friends are all brainwashed and got the jab. It felt good to get encouragement for once. That's what I really like about this place, we keep each other on track. thanks again!
I completely understand. It's a stressful situation and it just makes it so much worse when you have to keep it bottled up inside.
I just wouldn't want you to lose any chance you had at getting justice simply because you shared too much here. Everyone here is so supportive that it's easy to forget there are shills and lurkers who would do whatever they could to ruin your chances just because they're bored and/or hateful.
Praying for you.
Praying for you fren 🙏🏼
May the lord guide your justice. I am also preparing my complaint to the EEOC against my employer. I am not a doormat and I seem to have a better understanding of discrimination law than the folks in HR.
You'll be in my prayers.
Proper judgement and justice is coming one day for all.
Viva and barnes. They responded with 10k up front and 20% of the winnings. I'm starting with a demand letter from a much cheaper, but still feisty lawyer. God Speed!
