One woman in the photo appears to be recording with her cellphone.
Katie Hobbs, Stephen Richer, Jack Sellers, Reynaldo Valenzuela, and Scott Jarrett appear to be photographed at MCTEC on November 16th at about 2:30 p.m. Are they scrambling to find out what needs to be deleted?
The Gateway Pundit called MCTEC for information about this meeting but the receptionist had no clue that a meeting took place or what transpired.
No public notices appear to have been made about this meeting.

Was this meeting a violation of open meeting laws, that were intended to prevent secret decisions from being made?

There was a hacker a few years back that got busted with some sensitive government data. They had him cold in the act but for one thing... they couldn't prove the data was legit as he encrypted it 1024 bit encryption algorithm the kind that using brute force would take 10^32 years to decrypt if you were testing one password a second. In other words... it was never happening.
The hacker had his lawyer present. If he gave them the data, he would of gone to jail for most of his adult life. Instead he never did. He basically got a few years for obstruction.

The woman in black who was apparently recording, and is seen in all of the photos is, I believe, on the good guys side, Cyber Ninja possibly. I was checking the live audit stream multiple times a day and she was always in the thick of it. A VIP compared to all the others there, you could say. I'd see her playing with all the computers, filing, talking to everyone, was a "go to" person and at the end of shift would take all the files in boxes to one of the cages. Just an FYI and 99% sure it is the same woman.
