If you send that out as a GROUP RESPONSE, you may find more than a few others that share your sentiment

Would be simply awful if nobody showed up to work on Black Friday, right?

21
MayoIsAnInstrument [S] 21 points ago +21 / -0

I wish. There’s a couple that agreed to go get the shot early next week. However, the majority of them are just gonna suffer with the mask. And yes, I sent it out as a group message because the owner made sure there was no other way to contact her. She has all of her contact information hidden and you can’t send her a private message. Fine by me to send it as a group message though 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

In the end, you complied.

You could have at least made them jump through hoops with exemption stuff. Or fire you, so you have standing in court, in the future when this is proven to be fake.

Congrats, you changed nothing.

1
MayoIsAnInstrument [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

It wasn’t really about changing anything. Who said I had to change anything? It was about me not wanting to work with someone that acts like a Karen. And since you apparently think you have to be petty towards someone in order to win, I wasted her time and money to train me. Now she has to waste more time and money to train someone else. She wasn’t worth my time. She is what she is. A law suit and a battle in court isn’t gonna change her. So it’s not gonna do anything for me but waste my time. I’ll just go somewhere else. AND she wasn’t mandating the vaccine. I couldn’t have made her jump through hoops with the exemption stuff because there’s nothing to exempt me from. I don’t want to draw unemployment because for me and my situation, it’s just more trouble than it’s worth. And I also didn’t want to wait on her to fire me. I refuse to work under someone like that.

A threat to break the law to obtain ones private medical information in order to retain employment is pretty evil in my book, your tolerance level is high, best of luck with that

-11
289m -11 points ago +3 / -14

evil defines intent. if audrey believes the shots work as advertised, the unvaxxed are dangerous, and she is doing her best to help humanity, then at worst she is ignorant, and a pawn of evil. it serves no one to assume malicious intent. if we call her evil, she may call us crazy, and she'd be right. but if we call her misinformed, she may learn.

24
INK10 24 points ago +24 / -0

Aubrey apparently believes she has right the to employee's personal medical information. The correct interpretation is this: Aubrey is evil AND stupid. She's also misinformed, but that's a minor detail.

-7
289m -7 points ago +3 / -10

that does not make her evil. trust me, ive seen evil. this bitch is just stupid.

1
INK10 1 point ago +1 / -0

-1
289m -1 points ago +1 / -2

agreed. this lady is just crazy.

16
blurryface 16 points ago +16 / -0

The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Intent has absolutely nothing to do with whether you are evil or not.

Threatening people to get them to do what you want is evil.

This is why female managers suck.

She has no power so she uses force.

-10
289m -10 points ago +1 / -11

no, threatening people into compliance is not evil. it is the basis of our entire justice system. if you think aubrey has prepared you for an encounter with true evil, you are SORELY mistaken.

10
NataliePortmanteau 10 points ago +10 / -0

threatening people into compliance is not evil. it is the basis of our entire justice system.

All of your ideas about the world are terrible.

Laws aren't threats, they're boundaries most people agree upon because it's for the good of everybody. Breaking them puts other people in danger so there are punishments for it.

I don't murder people because there's a law against it; it's morally and ethically wrong. There should be a punishment in place for transgressing that, which is why there is.

Some phony-baloney plandemic with a controversial "vaccine" doesn't give Aubrey the moral right or justification to threaten people with uncovering their medical records into compliance. She doesn't have that authority and there are laws in place specifically to prevent people from using information like that against employees. And this isn't the plague so "severity of threat" doesn't supersede law.

Stop justifying morally bankrupt threats with false equivalencies to how actual laws of justice work.

-7
289m -7 points ago +2 / -9

and if everyone shared your strict moral code, we'd have stuck with the honour system.

i think y'all have trouble grasping just how evil true evil is. checking medical records to keep others from getting infected... doesn't even rate. i'm not saying she's innocent. evil, though? we have bigger problems to deal with than ignorant secretaries

7
wethepeople74 7 points ago +7 / -0

youre wrong. take the downvotes and criticism as a sign to reevaluate your retarded line of reasoning.

-1
289m -1 points ago +2 / -3

not the first disagreement ive had with this board, and won't be the last. truly, if you think this is evil, you haven't seen evil. I pray you never do.

3
RoosterHeadBad 3 points ago +3 / -0

Are you laying pipe in Aubrey?

0
289m 0 points ago +1 / -1

i stick my dick in neither evil nor crazy.

1
blurryface 1 point ago +1 / -0

Our justice system is based on mutual respect.

I agree to follow those laws.

This bitch decided to make herself the law so she can get everyone to do what SHE wants.

She's evil. And you're evil for encouraging it.

7
NataliePortmanteau 7 points ago +7 / -0

evil defines intent

Now that's some grade-A insane Leftist thinking right there.

"Oh, I didn't mean to murder all of those people! I just wanted to set the building on fire!"

"Oh, I didn't mean to steal all of these clothes, I just didn't have any money for them and wanted them."

"Oh, I didn't want to kill those people, I just wanted to rob a bank!"

Do you even think about the words you use to share your ideas?

-1
289m -1 points ago +2 / -3

every case you mention is either malicious intent or insanity. is evil the same as insanity? no, they are different concepts. what you fail to understand is that there ARE people who WANT death and destruction and suffering, and she is likely NOT one of them.

YES we lock up dangerous insane people. still doesnt make them evil though.

3
S_N_A_K_E 3 points ago +3 / -0

People who are dangerously stupid, are evil. Evil does NOT define intent because people can be insane.

By their fruits you shall know them.

For lack of wisdom my people die.

3
StrongIsland 3 points ago +3 / -0

Very well, I will heed your warning, but won’t play the fool. What for those who don’t learn? They stay innocent by default of misinformation?

Edit to add: the story of Jonah comes to mind

-1
289m -1 points ago +3 / -4

the opposite of innocent is not evil, it is guilty. audrey guilty as hell, but not due to malicious intent.

remember, the orchestrators of the scamdemic know perfectly well what they are doing. her evil is being stupid and wanting medical records. their evil is knowingly murdering many millions of people.

5
StrongIsland 5 points ago +5 / -0

You are treading a fine line between claiming ignorance and malice... I could argue that going to the state to obtain an employees medical records is clear malice, (what is the intent for obtaining these docs?) And how does any working adult in a management position think this is at all legal or ethical?

2
FuckYouAsWell 2 points ago +2 / -0

This right here is why we're in this situation. You try to be politically correct and give benefit of doubt while they actively fuck us in the ass. Stand up for yourself and others who can't defend themselves. Tell these people to shove it and we can rent this bullshit.

Nobody but the evil dumbasses and cowards are letting this happen.

And also, it's not happening, a few menially ill people making noise and feeling safe to do so means exactly nothing, I'm glad all those psychopaths outed themselves, as soon as the MSM is shut down or brought to heel they will all be easily identified and shamed.

Al I see is victories, people waking up to the psychopaths living amongst us is the best thing that could have happened.

2
FuckYouAsWell 2 points ago +2 / -0

Nobody but the evil dumbasses and cowards are letting this happen.

I don't disagree, just so happens the large majority fall into one of those two groups. How can you then follow it with this?

And also, it's not happening, a few menially ill people making noise and feeling safe to do so means exactly nothing

Well besides people losing jobs and losing loved ones to jabs, not to mention social ostracization from loved ones.

1
S_N_A_K_E 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well I think they are still a minority, and even cowards usually have a limit to how much they can be pushed around.

It's the megaphone they wield so masterfully and the infiltrated cuckservatives that makes it appear that they are more, and the bigger problem is that they still hold influence in key positions. But being the minority it's only a matter of time before the jig us up. The jig being, perceived majority.

I agree they are emboldened to abuse their "fellow" citizens, I'm saying that this is a good thing, now we know who these people are. Now it's time for the majority to unite, and take our business elsewhere, there will be some growing pains, but what is the alternative? At least we have a path forward, and to an brighter future than our past. Overall, winning.

The government is killing people, but our family members are signing up for it, we can warn them but at the end of the day they made a bad choice. I'm not trying to minimize the role of these evil doctors and pushers. We have to pray that the lesson learned is not too expensive. Of course things could always be better, but, it could be much worse, specially given how bad it is now.

My little brother and his wife are supposed to get a job by January 1 for the company Yelp.... his wife hates the vax and doesn’t want it, but my lil brother thinks it’s no big deal. I know the c.e.o. Of yelp is Andrew stopelmeyer or something, gonna have to look it up. But i want to SHAME AND EXPOSE HIM!! A lot of yelp’s comprised of college kids in Phoenix from ASU or drop outs ... they seem like a good demographic to Rage hell. If anyone knows any good ideas, please let me know I’m gonna go ALL OUT

1
S_N_A_K_E 1 point ago +1 / -0

Make an anonymous poll within the company via email asking people how they feel about the Vax and the potential side effects? Publish results and then ask people if they want to chat about it?

Sorry about your little bro, bro. I hope the vaxxx turns out to be only as bad as it is now and people can get treatment for the effects paid for by the douchbags responsible for this bull.

2
TupacShakur42069 2 points ago +2 / -0

What you’re saying is a great idea for someone working for the company. i can’t do anything of the sort, I’m just a random joe on the street or Net. At least I believe that’s where I’m at....

I know there’s something I can do... I’m gonna do something. Thx for responding tho . Maybe hire a few college actors chicks and have them do a clever spicy meme skit on Yelp and Andrew.

Your employer can ask you for a doctor’s note or other health information if they need the information for sick leave, workers’ compensation, wellness programs, or health insurance.

However, if your employer asks your health care provider directly for information about you, your provider cannot give your employer the information without your authorization unless other laws require them to do so.

Generally, the Privacy Rule applies to the disclosures made by your health care provider, not the questions your employer may ask.

See 45 C.F.R. §§ 160.103 and 164.512(b)(1)(v), and OCR's Frequently Asked Questions.

I wasn’t so angry about that part at first. When I first read it I was so angry I was shaking. I got mad about the part where she’s discriminating against her unvaccinated employees (which most are btw) but forcing them to wear a mask while the vaccinated don’t have to. It wasn’t until I re-read it after my shift that day that I really paid any attention to it. Apparently, with Brandon in office it is “legal”. He’s made it a rule that employers “have the right to know” and can look up that info whenever. If that’s wrong please let me know, but that’s just what I’ve heard.

2
StrongIsland 2 points ago +2 / -0

Congress passes laws, no President makes rules, I break the rules everyday 🤣 Stand your ground, keep these screenshots, if I were you, I’d file for unemployment even though you quit, they can deny it, but it’s a nice extra fuck you for them to deal with... they’ll have to respond, being all up on state “rules” the manager would know this 😉

Deplorable69 15 points ago +15 / -0

The hospital I worked at mandated we sign a vaccine attestation form. The form required us to check: Fully vaccinated, Partially vaccinated, unvaccinated. The final paragraph said something to the effect of: “by signing this form it gives ____ Hospital to share this information with anyone ____ Hospital feels is necessary to further and comply with our business model. I returned the form with a paragraph stating that by signing the form it can be used/shared with anyone ___ Hospital deems necessary. Does this include the government, insurance companies and a future data based that could be accessed by future employers? I asked what happened to HIPPA? Is HIPPA used only when it furthers their agenda? I told them I respectfully declined to sign for those reasons. HR had my boss talk with me to explain the form. I told her I understand completely and I will not sign. Next came the demand for an influenza shot as mandatory. An employee had to search for the form for a religious exemption which said, “___ Hospital might not approve the religious exemption request if ____ Hospital deems it can not accommodate you.” At that point I was steaming. I was retiring fully at the end of 2021. I told them politely in my resignation letter (I work on an “as needed” basis), I was retiring effective immediately. How dare they change conditions of employment and have the audacity to say that they might not accept my religious exemption request. I told them only God and I control my body and what is put into it. I expressed my dismay at the depths the medical system has fallen into. (I wanted to tell them that I hope the hospital, the doctors who push all of these shots and get a kickback, and the hospital administrators rot in hell, but I remained polite and dignified.) I hope they got the underlying message which was a big FU. I do not trust them I do not trust hospitals or doctors, and I hope to see the hospital administrators who sign off on these mandates be imprisoned for life or executed due to harm and death they have caused.

A perfect example of misinformed or brain dead many folks are. FACT...Being vaccinated does not prevent getting or spreading the fauci wu flu. Therefore if your emploer requires a mask it should be accross the board, vaccination status is not an issue. Espicially since they dont work anyway.

4
MayoIsAnInstrument [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

She’s definitely discriminating against her employees by forcing them to wear a mask, but not forcing the vaccinated to wear one. The “health” reasons aren’t even relevant really because that’s just a whole bunch of crap anyway

11
Scorpion76 11 points ago +11 / -0

Well done, what these people don't get is that when you open the door to allow this sort of thing to happen, you can bet it won't just stop at vaccination records. Hopefully your response will also enable others to stand by what is right, rather than bow down to pressure.

5
MayoIsAnInstrument [S] 5 points ago +5 / -0

She removed me from the group and everything this morning, so I couldn’t see anyone’s response. I’d be willing to bet the owner probably deleted my message. I’m gonna text one of my friend’s there and see if she saw it. I hope you’re right and a bunch of others stand up because I know most of them aren’t even vaccinated, but idk if they’ll do anything.

2
Scorpion76 2 points ago +2 / -0

I know in the UK the best advice is not to resign and make them fire you, then take it to a court. The very least you should get compensated because despite the MSM and businesses thinking this is what they must do, Biden's mandate was halted in court. Good luck fren.

Fair enough if you were not bothered about the job anyway. Would have been fun to call their bluff though and tell them you lost the card in a boating accident so go pull the health data records. No idea how it works in Georgia USA but they probably cannot really do that.

4
ElectionPredictor 4 points ago +4 / -0

No way that they can do that without OP’s express permission.

What an obnoxious thing to threaten, too. Fuck Aubrey.

2
MayoIsAnInstrument [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

From what I’ve heard, Brandon made it a rule that employers “have a right to know” and they can look up that stuff if they want. I could absolutely be wrong and if I am I hope someone will tell me, but that’s what I know 🤷🏼‍♀️

1
StrongIsland 1 point ago +1 / -0

Really? Is that covid specific, are you allowed to know if your employer, manager, co-worker had bottom surgery? Bi-pass? Liposuction? C-Section? Heart Attack? We can circle back to that last one in 2 more weeks. You did good 👍 Hope you saved some of your co-workers.

1
MayoIsAnInstrument [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

I’ve looked into it some since I wrote that last comment. That is a thing now that employers can look up your vaccine records, but I don’t see anywhere that it says they can do it without asking permission. So honestly who even knows. I’ve sent my screenshot to a lawyer to see what he thinks so we’ll see 🤷🏼‍♀️

What gets me is that they're so obviously being a cuck when taking this position. I was just talking to a friend about this last night. These places/people know that the 5th circuit has issued a stay on this order, whether they know why or not. They know the executive action has been effectively halted at least for right now. They have to know that theres a decent chance this mandate is going to be shot down flat out. For some reason though, they're still super eager to jump the gun and hit their employees with these awful ultimatums. I really hope a whole bunch of lawsuits come out of this.
