Not sure how he got that so wrong.
This immediately discredits what he’s saying to anyone who doesn’t browse here, and some that do.
You can just hear “He doesn’t even know the name of the variant” coming from the person you would share this with.

He got it wrong because he wanted the thought to be true and forced the facts to fit rather than following the facts.
The simple explanation is that "omicron" is the name of a letter in the Greek alphabet and that the variants are named after the letters of the Greek alphabet in alphabetical order (with the exception of xi).
That's not as exciting as OPs idea, but sometimes life is just boring.
And, his mislabeling of Cron as crom could just be a typo, but his theory still stands.
I don't know how he didn't pull something stretching that much.
Well ironically, the OS command he’s referring to is actually called “cron”, not “crom”.
So even though he incorrectly stated “crom”, his premise on that specific point is actually still correct since the variant is actually called “omnicron” and “cron” is the correct name for the OS command.

The more I consider this, the more I am convinced that Xi was not skipped for its association with China, but its relation of Chapter 11 of the Law of War manual which deals with bringing an end to the occupation of America by a foreign government. As Storm Rider pointed out, there is a sub chapter titled 11.15 in the law of war that deals with the spread of contagious diseases. I believe the White Hats called the shots on the Omicron variant thereby sending a codified message to the Black Hats that End of Occupation (Chapter 11) is happening whether they like it or not.
I need to do more research into Project Odin, but from what I do know Space Force will play an integral part in bringing down the Cabal and bringing an end to the occupation of America. There are way too many coincidences between Xi and Omicron to be mere happenstance, especially considering that Xi was specifically skipped in the naming sequence of the variants. I think the Cabal were definitely thrown off by these new variants. They no longer have control of even their false flag variants. They are truly running out of options, and out of ground.
But it was the Chinese-controlled WHO that skipped Xi.

It is stickied because it is an interesting theory that is worth discussing. Spelling errors aside, the link between Xi and the eleventh chapter of the Law of War manual is compelling and has not been brought up on this board before. This opens avenues of research for all previous variants, as well as variants to come.

Try not to think of it in terms of fitting the Greek alphabet to the Q plan, but rather the Q plan to the greek alphabet. Q knew COVID was part of the arsenal of the Deep State. Q also knew that there would be multiple variants. Q could have easily code named components of their plan to align with the variants. They wrote the entire Law of War manual under the Trump Administration, and designed all of Space Force during that timeframe as well. Everything Q does has meaning to it, especially the naming of programs and operations.

The Storm Rider writes very much like SerialBrain2. He was very technical and creative in his "decodes". Unfortunately, he was just never accurate and only provided disinformation and relief from the chaos via hopium.
Future proves past. Decodes do not have to be proven true in the immediate future. We have been waiting four years for the arrest of Hillary to finally be disclosed. Many of our decodes may not be proven for many years to come. It is very difficult to prove any decodes at the moment due to the lack of new Q posts that would help guide us in our analysis of current events.
It wasn't difficult with SerialBrain 2. His decodes were proven wrong over and over again through current events.
And...decodes that don't certify through accuracy in a reasonable near term are worthless and have a ring of Pfizer holding their vaccine data for 55 years. It is obvious why.

I see quite a few people dismissing theories simply for associating gematria. Whether gematria is a black hat or white hat code doesn't matter.
