You don't need to arrest someone on false charges to submit evidence to a court. Lawyers do it every single day. This is one of the most bullshit arguments I've seen tossed around for years now. They said the same thing about the Flynn trial. It didn't happen. No one is secretly arresting Patriots to get evidence into court. That's NOT what's happening.
