LOL, me too - Scream Dream!
I loved the Amboy Dukes 👍🏽
So I guess Donald "vaccine doubters you play right into their hands" Trump is included for that statement?
We know the jury’s out on what gives there.
Fucking mad lad! 😂😂
“I speak their language”, I was like oh shit he’s gonna drop some red pills… sum bish got me gud!
His lead-in there was badazz.
A couple/few months old, but betting this will never get old.
Oh gheez. Thanks 👍🏽
Yup is right. Stoopid.
Uncle Ted FTW.
I am a bow hunter in Michigan. From October 1st until January 1st I have the Hunters Song on replay. Ive seen Uncle Ted at least 15 times. For five summers straight I saw him at Pine Knob. Hes one of my hunting heroes.
He used to have a holiday commercial here that had him in his hunting cabin with several beautiful women. Roaring fire in the fireplace and the women passing a cup from one to another. When it gets to Uncle Ted he says "You warm your Vernors your way and Ill warm mine my way". Warm Vernors ginger ale is a winter Michigan tradition. It is made locally in Detroit. I really wish they would bring back the Winter Wonderland license plates.
He holds the State record for an archery Black Bear.
He was best buds with Fred Bear of Bear Archery in Grayling, perhaps the greatest bowhunter of all time. This past hunting season the local PBS station in Mancelona had a vintage video of Fred Bear sneaking up to within 20 yards of a monster black bear feeding. He gave a whistle and the bear picked up its head and Fred delivered a perfect heart/lung shot that dropped the bear where it stood.
Sorry for the tangent, stuff soothes my soul.
Hey, that’s WAY cool!! I knew most of that and love me some Vernors too!! My daughter just got married at Hartwick Pines State Rec area (Chapel in the Woods) last September. Grayling’s pretty cool…people 4-wheelin in outback. Sasquatch/Dogman country 👍🏽 Ever checkout Facts on How to Hunt? Steve’s the bomb…his older Channel How to Hunt is strictly hunting big game, but the Facts one is him reading Sasquatch stories. He did a 2-minute upload today pretty cool;

My cabin is in the Starvation Lake area on the Kalkaska/Antrim County border. Mostly for the snow. Its high country and gets hit by lake effect big time. Im up there now snowmobiling. Weve been getting snow just about every day since it turned frigid again.
But my first place was on the Au Sable just outside Grayling. Ive been to Hartwick Pines and the Chapel in the Woods a couple different times with the kids.
Did you know that Hartwick Pines is one of only two places that the endangered Kirtland Warbler resides? The other is in the jack pine forest along the Big Two Hearted River made famous by Ernest Hemingway.
I find that fascinating. Living in East TN on a TVA lake I have a wide spectrum of bird life. Even had a bald eagle in my yard last year. Ospreys, Loons & Hummingbirds swing through. We stayed at Kalkaska RV Park…actually very nice rented cabins etc. Big party; RVs, Harleys…a blast. Now that I’m older I dunno HOW you all deal with those winters tho? I grew up in New Hampshire so I digg skiing & outdoors BUT WTF??!! 😂
Im 57 years old and when I finally sell the business and retire Im going north not south. The wife and I are looking for a house on Torch Lake and I have the 80 acre hunting/snowmobiling cabin in Starvation Lake not far away. I love the snow. So does the wife. Of course she is Canadian so was born in an igloo haha. (2020 was actually her first time able to vote. She became a citizen in 2018. Just so she could vote for President Trump.) And up there snow is such a common occurrence there is no such thing as a snow day. Before the Big Lake freezes they can get measurable snow everyday for a week straight. The counties are prepared and the roads get cleared fast.
I do own a condo in South Daytona though. Its on the beach at the furthest south pier. I rent it out most of the year. But reserve a month for me and other family members to enjoy. Its 10 miles away from where the kids do spring break so no problems there.
My son just moved to Clarksville with his family over Thanksgiving. The wife and I are going down in February. My best buds Dad has a house on a TVA lake just outside Knoxville. Think it is called Norris Lake. Spent some time down there and it is awesome. We rented out houseboats and spend the entire week on the water.
Sweeet!!! Yeah I’m on Watts Bar Lake just south of Norris Lake 👍🏽 I spent summers as a child houseboating on TVA lakes so I can digg it. My goal was to retire on a TVA Lake with a bass boat; I love the sport. Just turned 60 myself and I can deal with the cold, but after a lifetime of smoking my circulation doesn’t cope with the cold as well as it used to. Great chatting man & have a Vernors for me!!
