I guess someone could keep track of any Stamos sightings and see if the boot eventually goes missing, which would indicate it's there for medical reasons.
I remember seeing someone in a boot and some internet sleuths doing some investigation across several pictures and noticing the boot changed foots. Examining how a shirt or jacket buttoned to make sure the picture wasn't a mirror image. Can't remember who was wearing the boot.

Stamos' left shoe is a shiny leather lace-up style with a pointy toe front, whereas his right foot has a wedge rear heel, round-shaped toe and a dull surface (looks like he's wearing a black sock under the straps of a black ankle brace style boot with an open top/front on his right foot).

No, I’m not sure but I don’t think anybody else could be either. He could just have his fingers curled around whatever appears to be in his hand. I’m not a fan and, believe me, these days I can’t even watch TV without wondering if everybody is a flippin’ Satanist. But I don’t want to give Satan that much credit, so I’m not going to assume every inadvertent gesture or hand/finger positioning is a satanic flag. There’s enough deliberate ones being flashed.
