Turn off the TV. Don't read newspapers or magazines. Get outside. Go down to the river with your lunch and just sit and watch the birds, or go fishing. Have a cookout with family and people you know. Read the Bible. There's a lot of good stuff in there. Do yard work. Clean out the garage. Stay busy.
