But it's more rare to get shingles that young after a natural chicken pox infection in childhood compared to the chicken pox vaccine. Shingles is super contagious. I'd guess you were around someone with an active infection, or your immune system is compromised or stressed. But I'm not a doctor and all that.
I know two people your age range non shotted that got shingles, i think its from others shedding and your body stressed from the contamination . I personally have had head pressure for months since others in my house got the shot .
