It is good for just about everything both internally and externally.
For example, I was told by doctors to drink a teaspoon dissolved in a small glass of water, three times a day when experiencing a bladder infection.
People need to add 1/2 a cup to a bath to wash away radioactive dust - this was advised during Fukushima.
There are theories that baking soda is THE active ingredient in oncology, rather than the Chemo and Radiation that is pursued.
Its a prepper thing to have in the house, as it can be used instead of toothpaste, surface cleaning agent and/or wash powder. The only thing more powerful is washing soda, which is sodium carbonate instead of sodium bicarbonate. The Bi-part makes baking soda more user friendly to humans, but washing soda is so safe that it is recommended for laundering not only infant's clothes and office shirts but washing dishes - dishwashers are routinely primed with washing soda.

Mainly when I feel that little ache in foot or ankle (lucky to not have it elsewhere so far)
I take some ( I dont measure but it would proably be around half a teaspoon or so) mix with 8-12 oz of water , squirt in some lemon juice and drink 2 or 3 times that day.
My mom now 93 and her mom always used to brush their teeth with it lol - those days depression era and pre were times they had many of their own cures - I’ve heard of many other uses but anons here have more knowledge I’m sure (;
You can also use it to lower your body PH to prevent cancer and to kill it once it starts.
The big C likes acidic low oxygen bodies with plenty of sugar and preservatives thrown in.
It's great for ring around the rub. Dry rub it on, let it sit for a few minutes. Then spray with regular vinegar or cleaning vinegar. Hard water stains will come right off.
If you use cleaning vinegar(it's 30%), I recommend wearing a face covering, it's extremely strong and will make your eyes water and may make you cough.
Make a poultice out of baking soda and cold water and put it on an insect bite or bee sting. It helps with swelling, pain and itching. Tobacco works even better. Empty the tobacco out of a cigarette or use a pinch of chewing tobacco, mix with a bit of cold water, not too watery. The next day, you will hardly know you had a bite.
LOL My grandpa was a tobacco farmer and he carried a coffee can around for a spittoon. He never smoked but he loved his "chaw." He lived to be almost 100.
It's fantastic for upset stomach, heartburn and indigestion stuff. Hangovers too - don't need it anymore for that but used too. :) You feel kind of bloated right away and then once you burp - feels much better. Tons of great uses for it. Just mix a teaspoon in water and guzzle.
Another great use is when I cook something that cause lots of shit to stick to the pan.
Rather than scrub I put BS with just enough water to cover the bottom and then boil for a min or so, then I turn off pot.....eat my meal and then after dinner the stuff just comes off easily.

Baking soda is a natural whitener of teeth.
Also baking soda mixed with some soap and it becomes a very good cleaner of dishes and clothes.
Thank you ;) I always have it on hand now I’m learning more uses - appreciate !
Keeps your body alkaline.
It's a great tenderizer of meats.
Helps crisp up chicken skin in the oven.
Thanks for that tip. I'll give it a go.
Really? How do you use it, just sprinkle it on? For how long? I would like to try this. Thanks.
I've only ever used it for stir fry's but yes, sprinkle it on for about 30 minutes and you should be good to go.
Thank you. That's very interesting.
It’s a great deodorant…use with a powderpuff for underarms, sprinkle in shoes, etc.

Please read "Sodium Bicarbonate Nature's Unique First Aid Remedy" by Dr. Mark Sircus
I read you can use it to reduce pesticides in fruits and vegetables. Just wash the produce in a bowl with baking soda.
COOKIES!
I just killed a shit ton of black mold with it. I know it’s not a personal health use per se, but it’s a good solution. That and white vinegar.
The clowns in action used powered cocaine with it and invented crack...
I use it in the fridge and freezer to kill odors.
Better than toothpaste with deadly fluoride. No artificial sweetener either.

Pinch of Copenhagen is the best.

My great-grandmother used salt and baking soda to brush her teeth. She still had all of her teeth when she died.
No idea but my nephrologist just told me to take 1/2 tsp per day in water as my blood work came back a little acidic 🤷♂️
I just made a giant pot of tomatoey chili and it was too acidic. 1/4 tsp to entire giant pot to remedy.
Cut a lemon in half and coat fruit with bs. Takes the cloud off your headlights.

Surprised nobody has mentioned how a teaspoon of baking soda in a cup of water is the be all end all for bad heartburn or acid reflux attacks.
It works on my heartburn/acid reflux when Rolaids, Tums, or Mylanta won’t even touch it!
Stir it up good until it dissolves, then drink it down... five minutes later you burp and feel right as rain!
I use it to clean the coffee pot. Add some baking soda and a little water to make a paste and scrub the inside and rinse. Cleans glass right up.
What specifically are you using it for? general purpose? to treat an infection? fungicide? part of cancer protocol? etc. This would help.
Baking soda = Sodium Bicarbonate
