I have suggested to normies that "climate change" might be a red herring, but never tried suggesting that elites use weather modification to simulate climate change or to cause and capitalise on natural disasters. They would think I'd lost my mind completely.
We have basements, keep bug out bags, and try not to live on flood areas. At least those of us with sense do.
I've had to talk multiple friends out of buying certain homes over the years because it was easy to recognize the flood potential of their yards. I've also helped several dig drainage ditches and French drains.
Ultimately, though, the one time the tornado sirens went off and I had nowhere to go, I sat by the window and had a calm conversation with God. That's the real answer.
It's funny. If I want to build a shed in the backyard I cannot due so without proper government permissions and licensing, under threat of fines or liens. Hell there are states in which (while legal) to collect rainwater on your property require it to be a rooftop installation or built into your house, or others in which it's illegal to collect more than 2 barrels worth of water. All of this to highlight the fact that these effect no one.
Yet people like bill gates can literally deploy technology into the air to effect entire weather patterns, without anyone's permission in the areas and the government is like, that's cool.

The chemtrails have been turned to “off” in central Texas the last few days. Guess they needed them for other spots.
Seems strange watching normal, puffy pure whit clouds and contrails behind jets that disappear quickly.
