The predictions actually go back to the late 1880s, when we were predicted to freeze to death. There was one year that NYC was buried in snow. In NC, in an area that rarely gets any snow at all, my great-grandmother said one year back then, the snow was incredibly deep. She said they'd run out of supplies and had to go to town. The horse's belly was dragging in the snow. I guess that would get some people worried.

All things that are invisible to the human eye, but if you "Trust the science" the people that have the right tools to monitor these things will protect us.

Acid rain is rebalanced by the earth's atmosphere. Ozone can replenish any gaps. Auto exhaust is not even close to a major contributor to anthropogenic contribution to green house gases.
Those luxury yachts and private jets are far, far worse for doing damage to the environment along with those McMansions built next to private beaches with sand that is constantly replenished using tax payer money.

I was the company IT liaison since I minored in software engineering. The fear porn had everyone sucking their thumb and crying under their desks. Had spent 16 hours at work trying to patch 50 PC's with a Windows update.
Found out the next day that corporate sent the wrong patch and had to do it all over again the next day.

I looked at these articles and a thought occurred to me: No one will believe there is climate change until a famine develops which will be blamed on climate change. This may be the plan now. Famine. It looks like THEY are doing everything they can to bring it about. Killing all the chickens, so no eggs or chicken. Blocking supply lines so many foods can't get to us. I am recommending everyone plant whatever you can to survive. But, some things, like flour and rice are still available, in bulk. Get them. Get yeast. Get salt. Then, you can always have bread. And get seeds that you can sprout, because sprouted seeds are among the most nutritious foods on earth. Sprout lentils. Broccoli seeds. Microgreens. If you have bread and sprouted seeds, you can survive.
Regarding yeast: have sourdough starter on hand--no more yeast ever needed. Yeast breads and quick rise breads are very unhealthful, unlike sourdough stuff.
All started in the 1960's when the Council of Rome came up with the Climate Change idea. Its been very successful at brainwashing the sheep into accepting all kinds of BS. And raising $$$ in carbon taxes.
