While I am for a capitalistic free and fair market, look what power and greed lead to (Amazon, Walmart, investment firms, Airlines, legal, and anything else “Big 4” or “Big 6”). One may argue that “large companies have the manpower to innovate” true, but so does an open source platform… probably more efficient and less bureaucratic that way as well. Or “big companies do work in bulk thus making products cheaper or more efficiently” true, though that comes with a price. The price being push out the small guys because the big company can do it cheaper. But when does this “cost and resource saving” efficiency cut into quality? All for an extra raise for the few within the company?
Decentralization would allow for EVERYONE to compete fairly without one single entity holding controls
Open source allows for EVERYONE to help improve and reduces back end fuckery with transparency.
I believe this is why some governments HATE crypto. I also believe that this is the way of the future. Disagree?? State your objections.
Just going to name drop https://revolutionpopuli.com/ again.

Yes! Decentralization is totally the key to combat corruption. That was the brilliance of the founders of the United States. We as states united formed a decentralized government.
When it comes to voting, I believe open source is the key along with checks all along the way to the voting machine. We could go back to paper ballots but it also can be done digitally with checks.
If it is to be done digitally, we must demand congress:
Love your post.
P.S. I hate Microsoft and not a fan of Apple.
P.P.S Learn Linux.
Would the recent events regarding the tyrannical and woke left infecting and taking over the structure of the Linux development be a major problem?
Everything woke turns to shit.
Yes. Exactly this. Open Source = transparent code... for all to audit, change / fix any problems they see in the code, and then compile themselves if they so choose. Could not have said it better.
I wish I understood what you are conveying. I need a white board and a detail outlining how it works, what the parts and their functions are. I need to see it like blue prints. That’s how I learn. But keep going, sooner or later I might catch on.
Couldn't agree more.
The reason I knew right off the bat that crypto wasn't from the central bank side is, why would they create something that doesn't allow themselves to cheat?
They like the traceability though. And they made BTC so that its too expensive to use with privacy, so other people made Monero, and now the CB is fcked because the people have near-perfect peer to peer electronic cash.
Oh yea. Wonder why Monero shot up to above $140 today? Either way. I love transacting with XRP or XLM. Cheap, fast, peer to peer, and easy
Ok, but XRP and XLM are not based on proof-of-work, which is the mechanism Satoshi invented for decentralizing coin issuance. Without it, there is no "cost" to change the rules of the system. Both XRP and XLM are part of the WEF's Central Bank Digital Currency rollout. They are what Bitcoin would have been if the bankers came out with it first.
Proof-of-work allows anyone with some common hardware to mine their own coins just using electricity. There is no one who can shut you out.
Are you referring to crypto mining?
Yes.
I’m currently mining as well… just a mere 200mhs
I'm sorry but XRP and XLM are both more or less centralized (they have like 40 master node operators, who can easily corrupt). Monero is an excellent choice, but XRP and XLM are awful and can easily be taken full control of by a nation state.
I have them as they were one of the first alt coins I have, and also, easy to send internationally if needed
Every crypto is easy to send internationally! O:)
Though, XLM and XRP have very low fees and are fast. Just what I’m used to I guess. Using ERC20 to send money may also be easy but costs an arm and a leg in gas
BTC is cheaper to use than anything in the legacy system, with the lightning network making it even cheaper, more private, and instant.
Anonset is the most important factor in privacy, and hash rate means security.
Secondly, EARNING Bitcoin not tied to a KYC exchange. Be part of the economy, not just a speculator.
Bitcoin was immaculately conceived, a gift from god before our eyes. Don't miss out by gambling on shitcoins designed to lure the greedy away from the light by looking for a pump.
Fuck lightning network, that is just an overlay/middleman protocol to make the whole system more compatible with legacy systems. The ONLY reason that it's even necessary is because bitcoin was not allowed to scale beyond 1MB blocks. That limitation is essentially now baked into the cake that is BTC (which is now a radically warped version of its original self).
And don't give me any crap about SegWit or Taproot. Those technologies are, again, only necessary for building legacy-type applications on top of a decentralized foundation, which is not natively compatible, and the problems those solve were ALREADY solved by bitcoin originally and then re-introduced by disabling functions and preventing bitcoin from scaling its block size.
The protest movement to all of this became known as Bitcoin Cash and that's why it is one of the most hated cryptocurrencies.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYHFrf5ci_g
Watch this and then tell me how LN is not an exact replica of central banking on top of bitcoin.
Have fun staying poor.
Found Michael Saylor lol
What an awful take. Your argument against a great side-option to BTC is essentially "I dont like it".
If that's all you got from my comment then you obviously didn't actually read it or take any time to comprehend it.
I'm going to configure lightning network for Bitcoin Cash and deploy it at my company's existing gateways just to make your silly stance even sillier.
Lightning network is fully optional and has utility, just like centralized exchanges have utility even though they are no better than legacy systems for crypto.
Do you consider crypto only valid if you're running your own node on your own hardware running some open source OS that you've vetted yourself? Lol
It really all depends on how deep you want to go with it. For most people, no of course it's not necessary. It was always supposed to be the case that most users would use light wallets and rely on public volunteer nodes because the network is inherently trustless due to mining. This is described in the whitepaper.
So LN on Bitcoin Cash would still work, I've been told, but what would be the need for it? The only justification for its existence is to circumvent mining fees which is only a problem because of the limited block size. Maybe that is an oversimplification but not much. I don't know what actual use case there is for LN other than to get around high mining fees. Seems to me that it has all been designed to transform bitcoin into something that is compatible with legacy systems for functions like custodianship, transaction reversal, and introducing many potential vectors for fraud, mainly because it makes things so complicated that it scares most people away, so that justifies setting up corporations to manage those services. Could that be because they are trying to make it more like banking so normies will adopt it?
Just watched the video, silly conclusion. Hubs of course can be opened by any entity in the world, I'll use an established trusted hub of my choosing, if they even attempt to corrupt, I'll simply switch to a different hub. This is a valid form of decentralization.
Fake decentralization.
Why does there need to be hubs at all? Bitcoin never had liquidity hubs. All the liquidity is in one place - the blockchain. It's decentralized because lots of people have a copy and are competing to add the next block. There was no need for routing or watchtowers. Anyone could earn with hardware and no one could stop you from participating.
I agree on this completely.
One interesting angle I saw on this today related to the 0% ghost gun story.
By owning a CNC machine and ordering metal bars, one can manufacture whatever they want, including guns. The design and build plans are open source and can be updated with new models. With a CNC and a 3D printer, nearly anything can be manufactured.
If SHTF, how nice will it be to be able to build what you need at home? Small, local manufactures could make all sorts of wares and sell or trade them for things of value that others make, hunt, fish, or grow.
You can fairly easily, all things considered in a SHTF scenario, make little micro-communities with a few different small scale manufacturing setups.
I picture an old world village where you have the butcher, the baker, the candlestick maker, etc. There could be utensil makers, gun makers, knife makers, small engine part makers, etc.
All decentralized, all open source.
It already is. It has been for almost 150 years. The next part of my report will show that. The "not quite yet" is the lie the media tells us to keep us complacent. It is a very big, very long term lie.
It is totalitarian. We live in the illusion of "free speech" etc.
Don't get me wrong, I take your point. I think we do have a semblance of free speech now. But that is only very recently (ThanQ).
For at least 150 years (I assert it is much longer, but I can prove that far), the real information has been suppressed so deep, with programs running in the minds of the brainwashed so strong, that it doesn't matter that we can speak freely, because no one will listen to anything we have to say if it goes against the narrative.
"Free speech" is meaningless in such a situation, but we still believe we are free. It is the Grand Illusion. It is Totalitarianism on a level that is unimaginable until you start digging into the evidence of The Matrix.
Nothing could be further from the Truth. We only live in a more enjoyable. albeit far more insidious, Illusion.
I don't want to get caught up in definitions, but:
This is what we live in. 100%. It is a complete illusion that it is not. It's OK, it's not just us, the whole world lives in the same form of Government (there is only one government in the world).
The evidence suggests the Nazi's didn't do this either. Don't get me wrong, they did a LOT of crimes. In fact many of their crimes were downplayed as less than they actually were. This was done so that they could get all the Nazi's from Nuremberg over to America in Operation Paperclip.
As for the Nazi's during the war, they killed hundreds of thousands of Jews, but from what I have seen, they did NOT kill 6 million. That is a lie created after the fact as propaganda to create "the enemy" we could all look to as "the worst thing ever." The main reason for the Jew persecution was so that they could get Israel, to "rebuild Solomon's Temple." The whole thing is illusion, based on half-truths and contextual lies. The evidence suggests they did not kill any by "gas chamber" either. The whole "Ovens" thing is also a myth I think. All of those buildings were built by the Soviets after they took over the concentration camps. It even SAYS on the buildings that they are soviet recreations.
Regardless, that was in the concentration camps. That was not the citizens. The citizens had it pretty good actually, albeit they lived in a total illusion as well.
Myths galore. Extremely powerful myths, however (which explains your down votes).
Thus is the nature of The Matrix.
Layers upon layers.
Most of "the awakened" are only seeing that there is a veil, completely oblivious to the many veils beyond the first.
Exactly.
Centralization requires an Authority to declare it legitimate. And it relies on the violation of the individual, as well as of all fundamental moral principles.
De-centralization returns power to the individual and flattens hierarchies built on that stolen power. This is the Kingdom of God, beginning within each individual, as opposed to the Kingdom of Satan, which currently rules the world.
Don't forget to blame government subsidies for industry and some business!
No more subsidies! Let the market decide!
I agree completely, i often go on and on about Skycoin cause they are building some great tech to solve a lot of these problems, also Emercoin which through the PrivateNess project are bringing all these projects together to do something greater than they can do on their own.
Skycoin is building tech so you can decentralize the internet using their Skywire meshnet, which is fast and secure, it also stops things like deep packet inspection due to the fact that a Skywire packet looks identical to one another and you cannot tell where its been or where it is going in the network. So you could in the future host your own website from your own Skywire node, similar to hidden websites with TOR but more secure and way faster. Also because what your hosting is on your own personal blockchain it can be replicated by others to help with the bandwidth but you always remain in control of your content. So you could use it to host a video and others that subscribe to you can help you host it, but no one can shut it down but the owner of the content.
They are also testing their VPN over Skywire which works really well too, so you can use Skywire as a super secure VPN that they cannot spy on or control.
The leader of the project "Synth" is super based and big on privacy and freedom.
Some more info on Skycoin https://www.skycoin.com/ecosystem/
PrivateNess are also doing some great things bringing everything together. https://privateness.network/
Emercoin also does a ton of cool stuff too, being able to use their EmerDNS for your website means that no one but you can remove that record off their blockchain so no one can just shut your website down because your saying something they do not like https://emercoin.com/en/emerdns/ https://medium.com/@emer.tech/five-reasons-emerdns-is-the-best-dns-solution-in-the-world-b3223c16836
You don't hear as much about these projects cause they are working on real tech not like 99% of the coins out their which are just pump and dump scams.
I feel with just what these projects are doing we could take back the internet so everyone could have their own platform that they control and the only choice you would have is to subscribe or not subscribe to someone, no more canceling someone just cause they say things the left does not like.
Shitcoining is a sin.
Thank God for Bitcoin.
There has never been a "free and fair" market. Not for a single minute has the market ever been free. It may have existed in some border towns briefly, but "the market" as we call it has never existed as free in this country, nor any other country, ever.
It is a myth.
In a truly Free Market, you can apply any Economic Design Pattern you want. You can apply a Socialist Design (all workers share in a companies decisions). You can apply a Communist Design (all workers share in the companies decisions and get equal share of the profits, no matter the job). You can apply a Capitalist Design (increase capital for the sake of increasing capital more, i.e. growth in perpetuity). You can apply a Stable Design (only buy and retain enough capital to keep you happy).
These are not mutually exclusive (for the most part). For example, you can have a Capitalist Communist Design, where you grow in perpetuity and all workers share equal profits and have equal say in the decisions.
In all cases, in a truly Free Market, the Market will decide if your business can survive. The problem with every single one of those design patterns is when you try to force the Market to be any one of them. That is no longer a Free Market.
There are about five million things in our market that make it not free. For example, every single Regulation in place is designed to keep the Market from being free. A great many were put in to "limit" the powers of the Monopoly, but what they really did was prevent anyone else from infringing on their Market dominance. The amount of fuckery is legend. "Bulk Buying" which seems so logical and fair and ubiquitous is another example. Bulk buying ensures that the very rich remain the very rich. No one can compete against someone else getting half price on everything. There are so many more examples.
It is a step in the right direction, but its implementation is non-trivial.
I agree this helps as well.
These are insufficient however. We can't compete with what is in place. It simply isn't possible. The next part of my report will make that perfectly clear. It will be coming out very soon. (Part 1 here).
The path to victory is to expose the whole fraud of the system. We must obliterate what is in place. We must build a new system along side it so that when the entire fraud (and downright murderous crimes) is exposed, the transition won't cause complete chaos.
"Yes, this whole thing is completely evil, but look, we have another way."
Capitalism is great for small business and individuals. The bigger companies or corporations get, the more regulations become necessary. The "free" market is not a fair market and becomes another form of tyranny when unchecked. People often forget that anti-trust laws, a socialist concept, have been around since the Industrial Revolution. No, socialism isn't the answer, but neither is unregulated capitalism which eventually becomes another tyranny.
"Socialist" laws that only benefit the people have proven themselves. Even Trump used executive orders to regulate prescription drug prices and it worked. Contrary to misguided ideals some government regulation is good and even necessary. The Constitution is good, but it seems we need one for the economy and internet as well.
And it will never be left free if a limited number of corporations control all aspects if industry. This is why anti-tust laws came to be during the industrial revolution. It's not "free" if corps control everything. Then it becomes tyranny under Amazon, for example.
I agree with less regulatory fees and such for small business. I can see the wisdom in leaving certain aspects of the economy alone. We tried the "free" market. It almost resulted in the tyrannical state of Carnegie. Some regulations, such as worker's rights and a true meritocracy that forbids corruption and politically motivated decisions are necessary if you want to see a truly thriving economy and a happy society.
But we're not going to get there if we keep shilling for a broken, corrupt system that is designed to grind the human spirit into dust. Whatever system we want to run, it will mean nothing without maximum transparency and tough anti-corruption laws that carry the death penalty. I was like you once, then I saw the "COVID relief" bills that kicked 9% to We The People, the rest to big corps that got to stay open during the scamdemic, and fuck all to small business. This system is not worth fighting for. We need to unite behind economic change. We can worry about particulars when we take back control.
You gotta wonder about the state involvement with big companies like that.
Right on! This reminds me of the good old days of slashdot.
Needs to be backed by gold/silver/both and have a cash option. Otherwise the reptilians will take over the electric grid and shut your resources off at will.
Your cash option can always be small denominations of physical silver or something
Open source airline please tell me how it works
Crowd share an aircraft (the people own a part of the aircraft?) and the MX (kinda like a timeshare?) and the costs to use it? 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️ Though that’s just an off the top of my head thought I suppose.
As far as a currency I don't see how decentralization solves anything. Will it stop manipulation? How? I keep hearing all the great taking poi ts of decentralization but beyond all the hype I Gail to see the bonus a credit card doesn't already give.
Transparency is the real key I believe
A good example is, who controls your credit card?? Chase? AMEX? Visa? And if they don’t like you, or a group of us, they can easily cancel and make lives miserable. BUT, let’s say your favorite store has THEIR OWN version of perks and LOC through THEIR credit card, then we have a much different scenario. Manipulation? Maybe, maybe not. But people will see fuckery if fuckery is attempted and that’s important when it comes to prosecuting someone
Who carries your block chain based visa? Another company right?
The block chain is all about ledgers and contracts. You still have to have software controlling it.. right? Just because something is on the blockchain doesn't meN you can't be banned or have their access pulled.
I am shocked by people on this forum who are anti-crypto. I know it's because they are completely uneducated to crypto, but even still, it just baffles me. Decentralization is the only way out of this hell.
I find it ironic that everyone here has such a distrust of MSM yet will continue to bash crypto because MSM told them to 5 years ago before they were awake.
A money that the government/cabal has no way to control, mathematically guaranteed, is not part of the NWO, it's actual a direct weapon against it!
I agree. I'm new to crypto and still evaluating it as a strategy, but the key to maximizing individual freedoms and minimizing power grabs is definitely decentralization.
Ok, I know this’ll sound blonde, but I am, so…. Can someone explain what open source is please?
Put in the simplest way… just straight up transparency when it domes to software and firmware. Anyone can view it, anyone can see if there’s any fuckery in the code, anyone can side-build on top of it and/or improve if (on the side that is)
As far as FOSS, there are many examples where the supplied freeware is as good or often better than the corporate equivalent. The projects that keep going create revenue streams adjacent to the software (ex; blender has a "blender acadamy").
It's not always the case though.
Another issue is that with decentralization you could end up with, for example, 20-30 different word processors that won't necessarily play well together.
That said, when everything boils down to a "big 5" that control 90% of the market, then we end up with our current situation.
The problem is the US has not had a free market in well over 100 years. The big corporations only stay that way by BRIBING the government to put in regulations/favors for them to make it impossible for small business to compete.

You should look up the origins of National Biscuit Company, or what is today known as NaBisCo. They originally started as a monopoly on COOKIE COMPANIES 😂.
A bunch of doughy big wigs of cookie companies over 100 years ago got together to own over 70% of cookie market. Once they had a monopoly they stopped production and increased prices of cookies.
Then EVERY GRANDMA came out of the woodworks and started their own cookie company. So they lost market share, profits, and production went down. Then they bought up major Grandma cookie companies until they had 70%+ market of the cookie industry again. They repeated the same cycle as MORE GRANDMA COOKIE COMPANIES got made and they had to buy them all again and again to maintain a monopoly. Then they had to sell out to a larger company.
I think they are owned by Kraft Foods now.
Here is their wiki
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nabisco
The point? Large corporations just can't hold monopolies of markets without government regulations. If they do hold a monopoly they have to be doing something REALLY GOOD for the market that will eventually dissipate to other companies. The only way corporations can hold a monopoly for a long period of time is with government intervention.
Also I agree that decentralization is a good thing, just disagree about the idea of capitalism causing bad corporations like Walmart and Amazon. Doesn't Amazon not pay US taxes through loopholes of moving their funds/profits internationally or grabbing up new industries? Small businesses have to compete while paying much higher % taxes than Amazon & Walmart. That is government intervention.
