From what I gather (and I may not have all the details), the Disney Corporation released a statement in opposition of the phony "Don't say gay" bill. In addition to that, some Disney executives were running their mouths about their celebration of perversion. If the legislature and the governor are making these moves as retribution or to silence constitutionally protected speech, then Disney may have legal recourse to bring a lawsuit.
It may be preferable for the people to rise up with their pitchforks than to have politicians doling out punishment based on policy disagreements.
