I work for a large healthcare organization and it's the same speal. They're the biggest hippocrites, right in the same category as those running our government and more so the Democrats but including some Republicans. .

I'm working with Renz Law on my termination from employment last month. EEOC complaint to be filed and if they rule in my favor, for violating my rights twice (exemption denial and final termination for non-compliance), I'll get backpay I would have received if I was still employed and my employer gets fined up to a possible maximum of 300k (and an "official demerit" for a rights violation). Seems like a slap on the wrist, really - "cost of doing business" to them. Hoping we can get class actions going this summer to really fight back against businesses that think they're above the Constitution....
If 10 of you get 300k that starts to add up to big bucks.
You are certainly right. The corp was extremely woke, really to the extreme. It's like they exclusively KNOW how to hire leftist pricks and filter out anybody who doesn't agree with them during the interview process. I talked to quite a few local co-workers who didn't want to get the shot.....but capitulated and got it anyway :(. The couple of co-workers I knew who would (probably) take a stand, their positions didn't have to go into the office, so not forced to make a decision.

Are they just trying to inflict as much pain on humanity as possible? Gearing up for the release of another bioweapon (or other mass casualty weapon) and want the hospital short-staffed? Or perhaps it's purely financial as, at this time of year there's a mass exodus of what they call "snowbirds" (people with homes in northern states who leave the hot climate in Florida for the summer) and hospital procedures/visits plummet for a few months. There's always a motive with these beasts. Maybe they're just trying to be a thorn in DeSantis's side.

Yes, all these corporations care about is the money. Non-government compliance with “vaccination”, i.e. government blackmail, results in the corporations inability to expect reimbursement for care/treatment of Medicaid and Medicare patients. My questions are these, since I am not a lawyer: 1) can anyone be compelled to take an EUA shot to maintain their job? 2) can you be compelled to take the shot when Congress and/or State legislatures did not make the law, but rather government bureaus? 3). If when you were hired, this policy and others, like the flu shot, were not in effect, can corporations change the rules and compel your compliance? 4). Do these mandates go against the Constitution of the U.S.? 5). Can any corporation, government body, such as the military, deny religious exemptions thereby nullifying the part of the Constitution? 6). By closure of churches did this not violate the separation of a Church and State afforded by the Constitution? 7). Is it not illegal to compel compliance via blackmail (gifts of money, business, tax exemptions) to bend companies/corporations to the will of the government or any government body?
I hope that organization is destroyed. They have a long history of performing abortions.

Do you work in an active patient area? Or are you in an office setting where you don't come in physical contact with patients during active treatment on a daily basis? I ask becuase the CMS only applies to the actual hospital room/department. Not the entire building, and not admin offices.
