Sound like discrimination to me, blatant and unapologetic. I guess they better find a good law-firm where everyone is vaccinated.

I really need my second son to get a law degree so we can simply run around and file lawsuits against arseholes like this.

I have considered going to law school just to bring justice to all these .... mf...

That system needs as many people who actually care about and want justice for the people it can get

I say follow your dreams and slay that dragon

Ironic that the picture is of a damaged heart?

7
ILearnedToCode 7 points ago +7 / -0

That's on there as the requirement. No vax heart damage? No employment

Good point.

Good old New Zealand. Bigotry always blows back one day. Hard to believe people can't see that.

And that broken heart is exactly right!!!

Discrimination... the left is so tolerant. They all deserve fire and brimstone

UnitedStatesPatriot 13 points ago +13 / -0

I hope they go out of business soon.

rabdargab 8 points ago +8 / -0

It makes sense they used a damaged heart as the sign graphic

Employers cannot legally ask you about your medical history directly

5
repeatoffender 5 points ago +5 / -0

And yet they all do it now.

In the USA they all trotted out vax mandates under Biden's political cover last October. Then the courts ruled, "hol-up." But so many employers still have the vax required policy on their job application website.

I'm looking forward to the class action lawsuits.

It’s not enforceable. I told the HR manager right to her face when they asked me if I could provide proof of Covid vaccination, after lying and saying I had it on the application, that they were opening their company up for a lawsuit if they required me to be vaccinated or to provide medical documentation concerning any private medical matter of mine besides my physical ability to perform the job’s duties and that it would also be a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. They hired me and never brought it up. It’s all a bluff.

My best friend was told by an engineering company he was going to be fired and he told them that they cannot legally require him to do it, or provide any of his medical records or private medical information and that firing him would be an act of retaliation.

They can try but anyone who knows how play the game can get a job or have grounds for lawsuit. And we all should. Fuck them.

Excellent idea. Thanks. My company is on pause complying with the Federal contractor mandate, but before the pause they were pushing hard claiming we’d have to get vaxxed or be let go. It’s an insane game of chicken. I like the ADA approach, but I suspect it won’t work in an at-will employment state like California.

I’m in NY which is also at will.

I would never patronize.....whatever this is.

3
repeatoffender 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is the way, but make sure to speak to the manager / owner so they know why.

5
VoatAnon1984 5 points ago +5 / -0

Im 2 out of about 20 in my dept who remained true to my God given body, to be non-vaccinated.

I standout aside from the majority, watching them get really sick every few months. I watch the out of office emails pop up; out for a dr visit. Many of them are beginning to show signs of “changes” in the health.

I am convinced there is something in the drinking water in NZ, Australia and Canada.

No shit, it's called fluoride. It's in our water too, hence all the lunacy

Blatant discrimination but as always, it’s okay when the left does it.

I typed in the 'unite the fight' sponsor and it appears to be in New Zealand

4
vetpatriot17 4 points ago +4 / -0

Signs like that will be exactly why the unvaccinated and those against forced vaccination take their hard earned money elsewhere. Businesses like this can wallow in their leftism that leaves them broke.

F them.

4
NOTWOKE 4 points ago +4 / -0

go home.

5
MarkusCincinnatus 5 points ago +5 / -0

The discrimination is the main issue, but the “go home” part is weird, as if to say, ‘If you don’t work here, you have no where else to go.’ So they don’t think cleanbloods should look for work anywhere at all outside their homes? The psychos have let their mask slip that this isn’t about public health, it’s them trying to starve the non-pussies.

Munchaussen 3 points ago +3 / -0

Hmmmm...Call the EEOC.

3
Infidel440 3 points ago +3 / -0

Isn’t that outright discrimination and should be fined immediately for having that up? 🙄
