I think it's the difference between forcing lower level useful idiots (e.g. the actual mules) to flip and putting on the pressure so they come crawling out of the woodwork begging to flip.

Your profile says you've been a member of this group for about a year. You've made a lot of useful posts. In that time, you must have seen the answer to this question a hundred times, so I don't know whether or not you're being facetious in asking it. But just in case...
In a nutshell, the delays we all hate are necessary to gin up maximum effect. The mules, which are on the lowest rung of the ladder, will rat on the people above them, and so on. Additionally, those who don't rat will begin to panic and make mistakes that ultimately contribute to outing them.

Regardless of whether or not there's a plan, EVERYTHING in politics is about public perception and "preparing the masses". This movie, along with everything TrueTheVote intends to release will continue to prove what everyone here already knew about the election, and that means more eyes on the '22 elections and less ability to cheat and game the system.
