I used to do that before all this craziness. I'd use birthday VISA / MC / AMEX gift cards my parents would sometimes send me (usualy VISA) for personal expenditures including groceries and gas. I used to consider my birthday a break from paying for my own shit lol.
Yea same. Once I hit 18 I dont think I ever really used anything birthday related on any "wants" just the "needs" in order to save a little more for an emergency.
The shock wasn’t to bad for me, it went up to 4.35. But it’s been 4.09 for 2 months. You drive the next county over and it was 3.85 before the recent increase.
$4.99 here is SW Washington. Today I paid $55 to fill up my old Honda. Yes, a Honda. How the hell do people afford to fill up the bigger trucks and SUV’s? We’ve always had times that were tight, but never like this. Can’t hold out much longer.
This scheme has been taking place behind the scenes ever since 1960, when the West's Big Oil created OPEC in order to gouge us on prices and be able to blame foreigners for it. The petrocrats even make more on drilling the lazy, Low IQ Third Worlders' oil for them than they did on selling their own oil when they were an America First combination.
They also sponsor the premature (by a thousand years) Conservationists and primitive nature-worshippers in order to create artificial shortages by restricting drilling to only half our nation's territory.
People buy gas station gift cards all the time even before this.
I sell a lot of them around Christmas, have for the past four years.
On Monday I had a guy that I know voted for Brandon complaining about the price of gas all I said was yeah I miss the two dollar a gallon prices too, I then mentioned that gas had also been four dollars under Obama too.
Lmao. Just saw a FB post from a builder who runs a massive truck like all builder bosses do. Apparently the gas pump only goes to $150. He had to switch cards and do it again because of reasons.
Ever notice how the Europeans on social media gotta pipe up about "how we have it good" like they're somehow proud that they're getting screwed even harder? We're not going to stop complaining just because someone else is paying even more.
That’s a pretty good gift to receive. Wish somebody would gift me some cards for gas. Had a friend call me last night to get info and see how much longer we will endure this. Told her, it’s gonna be a while, still got idiots that can’t seem to open their eyes. I gotta say I just live my life each day and don’t worry about a thing. What a great time to be alive. ❤️🙏🏻🇺🇸
WTI has dropped a little, not much but anything helps at this point. Takes a few days for gas prices to follow suite. Hopefully around about Saturday it'll be reflected at the pump. With any luck price per barrel will drop more but I don't really expect it to.

Now, when it comes to gift times, the wife and I make lists of things that are "want" gifts and "need" gifts with similar reasoning.
Same, if I want something I usually buy it myself well before Christmas or my Birthday. Things on my wish list are things I don't want badly.

Rural college towns suck
My state did a gas tax break... went down like .45 That lasted for like a month and went back up .40 next day another .15 two days later another .30
Basically a full 1.00 swing in a week and now 4.39 as of a couple days ago. Will reply back in here in a few when I get back in to the house.
Update edit: Still 4.39
4.69 in my area.
Lol 5.40 in the Seattle area.
$70 to fill up an Altima today. Under Trump it was maybe $40
How big is the tank on an Altima? It used to cost me $40 to fill my 22 gal Chevy tank under Trump. Gas was below $2 in my rural area.
16.5 gallons
I'm only $10 more than you now... about $87 for my 22 gallons...
4.50. up 30 cents in 2 weeks

And then she littered.
No doubt she voted for this.
A leftist for sure.
Probably blames the gas station and not who she voted for

These are the kinds of informative posts I wish I'd see more of from our newest handshakes. Well done, soldier!
Wow, bless. It must hurt for children to learn and it is agonizing to watch.
I only feel sorry for people who voted for Trump.
Anyone who voted Biden deserves this.
The dead don’t drive.
No some living dumbasses admit to voting for him, they're on the record on social media and won't ever be allowed to live this down.
They just repeat "President can't control gas prices"
visiting my parents in Cali this week - its like 5.59 to 6.19 where they are and the cheapest is costco at 5.19.
i been driving my dads hybrid and it still cost me like 60 dollars to fill up like 10 gallons
Yep the gas lines at Sam's are as bad as the lines for their two dollar hot dog that go for old world prices.
It's going to get worse before it gets better.
Shit! There might still be money on that card! Someone get the numbers!
6204... 0561...... 1839.......4086...aw HELL! ☹️
"Happy" Birthday..

Filled up yesterday about 14 gallons. It was $81 and that was 'the cheap station'. Had I gone to Chevron, it would have been close to $90.
Some are predicting upwards of $10 per gallon by years end. I can see it reaching at least 7.50-8.
I'll probably ask him again soon.

$4.27 on the way to the hockey game at 5pm, $4.49 on the way home.
N FL.
This makes me ANGRY! Fuck commie energy polivies.
$2.25/L for diesel here in the lower mainland.
just shy of $7cad per us.gal.

The Prius I nabbed last summer is paying for itself faster and faster...
Lets Go Brandon!
Did you even think of asking her to dinner?

I see the SNAP EBT card sticker… Anyone know what it takes to qualify for that?
