Because this is propaganda but aimed at conservative normies. Of course RINOs are deeply involved with Ukraine as well, but the goal of this graphic is not to fully inform, but to continue to fan the flames of division and getting us all to fight against each other. There would be the confirmation bias that of course Democrats are involved, but there was plenty of room to list RINOs and they didn't. Some of those other boxes have 10 things in them, they could have fit the guilty RINOs in there too. Sure, it's spreading information to people to bring a light to the DS and Ukraine, but Russia is using their position of power right now to try to divide US citizens in the R vs D debate rather than the good vs evil framework. While Russia is working on destroying the DS in Ukraine and spreading information about it all, I'm not convinced that their end goal is good for us, and I think Russia is just using this opportunity to gain more control over the world regardless of what happens to us or anyone else. The powerful DS in Ukraine, right on Russia border is a threat, but it doesn't mean Russia is a good player in the end, and I think they have bigger plans going on.
