An addition to listening to what main stream tells me, I listen to people who have been talking about the situation for more than a decade, then I listen to people on the ground talking to locals and showing us mass graves, memorials for kids killed by Ukrainian troops, schools and hospital buildings shelled over the last 8 years.
I look at documents showing CIA has been funding Nazis in Ukraine and listen to refugees coming out of of Mariupol who describe what their lives have been all these years under these Nazis.
Then I look at people like Dilyana who have been covering biolabs for years, and I read the analysis of people people like BioClandestine.
When I put together I get a pretty good picture of whats going on there. When I then go back and look at official statements by Russians and old speeches of Putin, I realise that they have been telling the truth.
This is the process I go through to figure out truth in pretty much all areas. I never thought I had to explain this to a fellow Anon.
