He said that with a completely straight face. He probably knows something. DN is the kind of guy who will kid around, but here he was completely serious. And if he's right, that would truly blow the lid off of not only twitter, but the whole social construct that is social media. If only 5% are actually real people, that would blow the world away. Would advertisers start demanding their money back for advertising to bots? If it were proven only 5% were real, that would be such a major blow, it would be hard to even conceive. I don't know if it's that low, but even if it were proven that less than 50% were real people, that would be amazing.
This would explain the trend for news stories that were based on Twitter reactions. Have bots create a consensus position and then report that on tv as reality.
Exactly. Which reminds me of Sharyl Attkisson's wonderful TedTalk on astroturfing. If you haven't seen it, it's < than 11 minutes long. I'd highly recommend it.
Is this where Elon exposes the Twitter fraud (bots) and backs out of the deal only to let it die on the vine.
The stockholders would be so pissed if they found out a fraud was perpetrated against them
Honestly, wouldn't surprise me. I don't know a single person that seriously uses Twitter. A couple people that follow a couple accounts for event updates and that's it.
When I used to be on Twitter I figured out that I was constantly being attacked by bots.
When someone launched a personal attack at me or my opinions,
I would simply answer with the phrase:
“OK Row-Bought.”
The Twitter bots weren’t programmed to understand that my words “Row-Bought” actually meant ro-bot. Occasionally, an actual human would get it and say “Hey I’m not a bot”.
However, more often than not, the bot would just send me an unrelated ad-hominem attack from its preprogrammed list of responses.
I would say that at least 30% of the attack responses that I got were from bots.
I think this was also happening on Reddit as I used the same strategy there.

If they were selling advertising based on fake numbers, a CLASS ACTION lawsuit by the advertisers is probably the appropriate response
Pretty funny if it turns out that BrooklynDadDefiant is a bot

I'm confident it will turn out more than 50%. Bigly.
That would be fascinating. What an eye opener that would be for normies.
Truth Social destroys Twitter

TRUTH, referring to TRUTH SOCIAL
Kash laughed. They know what's up.
Lol noticed that right at the end. Noice
Yep -
Hmmm… house of cards you say. Any relation to Scavino’s pool video from earlier.

With gas prices the way there are, I’m glad things are starting to come to the light
I love controlled demo

At least 50% are fake
This feels accurate.
