You can't 'enforce' that someone go through with a clearly fraudulent deal.
However, if Twitter REALLY wants to go down that path... it leads to court, where Musk's legal team will be allowed full discovery, including any executive emails, computer records, internal communications... and having Twitter executives and employees testifying under oath. :>)
Meanwhile, Elon Musk has every right, in light of the revealed fraud and deception, to determine the actual worth of the company prior to buying it.
Twitter's only recourse is to try to cancel the sale, but then they can be sued by Elon Musk for that too... which then leads to court, where Twitter will have to defend itself.

Elon is now in a position where he can take them to court anytime he is ready.
"Specific performance" on the sale agreement would be the cause of action, and he would have full power to subpoena documents and force people to testify under oath.

Their only option is to try and milk the deal for more money. No matter what they will be revealed as frauds.

You can want all you want, but you misrepresented yourself and Musk should sue you. It is like selling a house. You can say it is a perfect house, but if you covered up a leaky foundation with patchwork plastering and painting and during the first rain the foundation gives way, the buyers can and will sue you for falsification and misrepresentation of the condition of the house, unless you sell “as is condition”, divulge the problems, or give the buyers time to have their own inspection.

Not if they misrepresented Twitter. It's like me selling you a move-in ready house where I say there is no flood damage on my disclosure form. Then you come in and discover I painted over all the flood damage and stuck rugs over it without repairing it.
The buyer is free to back out of the deal/re-negotiate (and sue if there are damages due to the misrepresentation).
