This is not a huge win. Could you imagine you have a baby dying inside of you, not being viable, and being required to have it stay in there until it dies? I don't support late term abortion but sometimes early abortion is the lesser of two evils. This will only make it harder for people in difficult situations.

My girlfriend was born with a hole in her heart. Today, she is healthy (though requires medication), active and enjoys her life.
If a doctor had caused her to be aborted, I would never have been able to spend years to now with her, and years to come with her.
