Everyone needs to contact their local Stare Farm Ins. office and tell them what you think of their Woke policies. Tell them you were considering State Farm to be your agent, but not anymore. If you have State Farm now, CANCEL. Send the big message. WE will not tolerate you grooming our kids.

We called this morning and cancelled our policies...all of them. The poor local agent we ended up w/on the phone had NO idea about any of this. THEN we get a call from the agency owner of that local office, begging and pleading. They lost a new home, 5 cars (kids are still on our policy), 2 motorcycles, and a camper. I'd be sick too. My husband told him that if he ever moves to an independent agency to give us a call, but as it is, he can't operate w/o State Farm and we won't do business with them. Period. Feels SO good to put your money where your mouth is!
Yeah, we're old, have paid our dues, and my husband likes his "stuff." LOL!
So much stupid. Why do they need a 'diversity and inclusivity' director? Dude jsut cost them a fortune in business. Is there really any concern that if a minority person wanted to buy insurance, they wouldn't get it because they are a minority person?
And why does State Farm feel the need to 'support' anything other than what is directly connected to their business? They "support" resources for parents to have these conversations? Why? And who the F cares what State Farm thinks?

Next thing you know, the girl goes on Indeed and reviews saying there’s a lot of racism and the small company needs a diversity and inclusivity director. It could be that the girl was not good at her job.
8/10 times it’s that. But actual racism still exists too. But way less than incompetence.
Yes, of course. And that's where the people at the company need to have the backbone to say that (if it's the case.) Because people are too afraid of being labeled something (racist, homophobe, etc.) All it really takes is stating the truth and sticking with it. No apologies necessary.

The thing about diversity and inclusion is, its a zero sum game. If you are “lucky” enough to recruit your dream applicant/candidate, who has all the right intersections, then you will be depriving some other woke company of their diversity and inclusion goals.
Maybe don't support anything, except for your customers needs? Hmmm, maybe that would work better.
