If you’re talking about the Nov 2021 law, then no, it’s not illegal to for Florida businesses to require a vaccine.

It’s illegal for them to require a vaccine without offering possible exemptions.

A private employer may not impose a COVID-19 vaccination mandate for any full-time, part-time, or contract employee without providing individual exemptions that allow an employee to opt out of such requirement on the basis of medical reasons, including, but not limited to, pregnancy or anticipated pregnancy; religious reasons; COVID-19 immunity; periodic testing; and the use of employer-provided personal protective equipment.

So if Universal Studios is offering these types of exemption applications, then they don’t seem to be running afoul of this Florida law.

Exactly this, so just submit the religious exemption, it also makes it illegal for them to inquire as to the veracity of your belief.

This is where we take a stand. It’s hard, especially if you are needing work or you would like to work in that industry. I believe there is a website that hires those that don’t want to be vaxxed. I’m sure someone here can give you a link. I’m in Australia so I’m not much use to you - sorry. Also, I would be contacting the Governors office and see where you stand. I wish you luck.

That’s really odd they are requiring it I was under the impression it cannot be required in Florida as a condition of employment. I would file a religious exemption it it was required.

I would look into the legal stuff and look for another job all while completely ignoring anything covid related as if it didn't exist, because it doesn't.

Show up to work. Say, no? Say, you can’t find your vax card? Say, on such short notice you couldn’t possibly get a vax in time. Say, you will be applying for a medical or religious exemption? Have the religious exemption paperwork already filled out to give them? Say, you have an appt with your doctor? Make them fire you? Say, your in communication with the FrontLine Doctor’s attorneys regarding your rights? Actually find an attorney?

Geez...find a better job.
Scotus already said its unconstitutional. Turn them in. Call the governors office. My employer tried. I told them to fluff off. I already had the coof. And it was nothing..a flu. And mandates arent laws. Surely you can find something that'll pay more. And not cause you grief. And I live in a dispicable red state.. Religious exemptions...if all else fails.

I would tell them that Im exempt and inquire about their policy. Wont say from what or how just that I am and need to know their policy on exemptions.

This should be considered a normal part of negotiations at this point. Not that it should be this way, but that is the approach I would take.
