You can actually get a cat to stay in a spot like that long enough for a photo without much trouble. Usually. What's weird is that there are five all bunches together. There must be something enticing them to stay there, and I don't see any food.

When I got a tour of a satellite field (where they have an array of satellites for a comm center), the first thing they told us was that we should avoid being near the dishes too long because of all the EM radiation. If those dishes are actively sending em waves, I can't imagine the cats would be healthy if they do that too often
