Big win indeed! This nut case wants to control and own everything. I hope the other states start looking at this kind of stuff. If you own all the farmland, you can use it for depopulation purposes, and that’s what he is doing.

North Dakota is prime for making g land unusable. Its got marginal clay soil I've heard called gumbo. Know of a farmer who had like 10k acres up there he sold some years back saying he ruined it and it won't grow crops anymore. Still plenty of productive land up there but Gates could easily ruin it

Make a law, all farmable land owned by gates should be broken up and given to u.s. citizens in 10 acre parcels. Anyone willing to live on and use it to sustain themselves and their family. Tax free as long as 10 percent is under sincere cultivation
