The Police had the neighborhood blocked off because of the Freedom Day parade. According to people in our HOA, it has been run ing stop signs in the neighborhood. And the bus driver has reported her for failing to stop at their stop sign. It is simply amazing no one especially children were hurt. There is one photo that is from the video showing the Jeep going right past a little girl.
I was basing where stuff was on Google maps. Didn't realize you were local. So he wasn't even trying to hit people. He just wanted to get past and figured he'd just drive like a lunatic through the crowd and hope he didn't hit anyone? This guy must be a rocket scientist...
