Amazing to me this farce is still going on.
Thus far, Pittsburgh has been pretty much immune to the rioting, burning, & f-ing shit up. This smells like a prelude to starting that crap up in Pittsburgh. I mean why now? When the general populace is starting to wake up to the horror of the vax? In my mind, the timing is no coincidence, because as the left’s handlers panic continues to rise...one would expect them to begin pulling out all the stops soon. They are at least preparing for that. Gas prices, food shortages by design. Easier for them to foment their apocolypses (is that a word?) with fewer police & firemen. We’ll see...

Friend works for Port Authority in Pittsburgh. He is against this vax big time he knows all about it. He finally told me he took it because they were firing people. He said he has 2 more years to work to get full pension. I told him if it kills you then you still won't get a pension. I told him you should have quit and took a partial pension. They can't find people to work for them and they should have walked or sued.
The best part he then tells me it was just the drivers and mechanics the administration is exempt.
I said that should scream volumes to you.
He should ahve let them fire him then sued for full pension after this is over.

Put yourself in those shoes... You would have took it in the end to in order to keep your life's work investment for that pension. Everyone seems to forget suing for it takes a long time and a lot of money that not everyone has. I am in a similar situation and fortunately my employer backed off and for now is leaving it all alone. But for me to just give it all up and hope I can find some free lawyer in this retarded state? That would be impossible. Its not about fear of standing, its losing everything. You dont know that person's situation. Class action lawsuit. They are asking firefighters to take an EUA which has been shown to cause serious adverse reactions, including death, and NOT provide any efficacy. So what sense does this make? All of the firefighters, vaccinated and unvaccinated, should stand together and quit on the grounds above.

I agree in a more broad sense, P.Eng also in that it allows certain things, but anything else beyond that is absurd. I've seen some with the alphabet soup, and some of the credentials were literally something obtained through a 2-hour course.

It could be shown that vaccinated people compromise workplace safety since they are more likely to get covid, spread it to others and to become hospitalized or die... or cause others to become hospitalized or die.
I'd say they should sue, but the courts seem pretty corrupt and willing to ignore science so it might not work.. but probably all these people should get together and do it anyway. At least make them squirm a little.

Would be interesting to file for a Writ of Quo Warranto in the local court against the city of Pittsburgh. This would require the city to prove they have lawful authority to exist at all, and the charge would be they are required under law to protect the rights of the People for whom they work, and here they claim they have authority to violate someone's rights in the fraudulent claim that they will protect others.
If they are refusing to uphold their purpose for existing, then the city charter should be dissolved.
Also, if city employees are claiming to be operating in the capacity of city employees with power to operate a city, per its charter, are de facto operating only under color of law, then they should be held personally accountable in their own names for any damages they cause under said color of law.
Of course, if they have a bond on file, then the bond assurance company would pay the damages. But if they don't, then sucks to be them. It comes out of their own bank accounts, retirement accounts, and home equity.
That's what a Writ of Quo Warranto could potentially accomplish.

Another way around the defund the police that Dems have been pushing. In this case penalize first responders for following their conscience and a large body of evidence that the jabs and kill, maim and harm people. First, write them up and create a big paper file so it looks official to an administrative law judge. Then make it financially painful while ordering them to maintain their professionalism. Do this enough and they will quit on their own. It's how you divide and conquer.
Time to stand up and tell them to fuck off. Police chiefs if you have even a portion of your testicles not atrophied and chucked by being a puppet, stand up for your people period.

There was an article on Firefox Pocket a few hours ago (I cannot locate it right now) that clearly said that the Covid jab was developed for the first Covid and it has no effectiveness against the Omicron. It also clearly stated that the original Covid is no longer around, period. Several companies (mod, pfiz, and some others) are trying to develop an 'Omicron and future variants' jab in time for autumn rollout. But the message was clear, original Covid which was the target of the current jab, is gone. Why in the world continue to mandate this jab? Unless, the management who have already gotten the jab don't want to be the only ones going down with the ship. "If I had to take it, you do too!"

The CDC in interviews as already said vax doesn't prevent you from getting COVID-19 only lessen the effects (marginally at best). That speaks nothing to the side effects of taking a relatively unknown new technology where it takes 10+ years to discover side effects. Logically it makes no sense to mandate something that doesn't help others regardless of the ethics of it.
