Jeb only saw the paper for a second or two before he became visibly upset. To me that indicates it was an image or a very short phrase with a simple meaning. He instantly knew what it meant.
If it required him to think, "Oh, that's what it could mean," then that's too complex and he wouldn't have had the same reaction.

If it were words, it'd have to be one or two big words that would have instant recognition as having some kind of meaning to them. His eyes didn't strain as though he were reading something IMO.

That's the crazy thing about this. We know they received something in those envelopes because they physically had them. There was something on the paper notes inside that visibly upset their recipients. The timing was very interdasting because it was at the funeral of Bush Sr. Jeb Bush looked extraordinarily upset.

BTW. The man in the funeral video who is behind W and seems to hand him his note as the casket goes by looks a lot like the gentleman seated near/behind Hillary when she and Bill walk in to take their seats at Trump's inauguration (around 40-45 sec mark). Wonder who he is?

There was a post long ago about the "Mothers of Darkness." That post described a heirarchy in which the MOD were chosen at a young age and groomed to take on this role for life at the appropriate time, usually when a MOD died. A ruling heirarchy only partly based on blood relations, as newcomers could be inducted. There were a limited number of the MOD, about 9 worldwide, and each had an area, a physical district of which they were in charge. Not remembering all the details, but it was a cabal organization setup. Hillary was not one. Gloria Vanderbilt might have been one. Their general purpose was executive and their methods would qualify as satanic, but they themselves were not necessarily satan worshippers. As Q said, paraphrasing, it doesn't matter what they believed, because their underlings believed it--the underlings were the more sincere satan worshippers, the MOD just directed their belief. I don't think these particular wives rose to that level, if Hillary didn't make the cut. I could believe Barbara Bush, though, although she was not in the article or at the funeral. Also, I wouldn't say that they were all upset. Bush certainly was. Ms. Pence looked confused, Mike had his back turned. Michelle looked angry (what else) and Hillary was stone faced.

Well, there's a type who takes a story and makes it their own...not saying she is, but if the other things I saw are even half true, it seems like this bunch of illuminati wouldn't let anyone go free short of Jesus Himself intervening. "Bloodlines" are only important to security, and develop in reality because the need to keep disgusting activities secret encourages incest. Wish I could locate the text I remember. Seems like recruitment was not strictly relatives. Anyway, in the context of The Letters, the mixed reactions make me think the message would have a general sort of meaning for most people, and another level of meaning to a few. Such as, "Another point of light is gone." Or "Every light burns out eventually." That wouldn't be too weird at a funeral, but the Bushes, who I think were the target, would get the idea.

I am talking about an article that would have printed out to at least 6 pages, by someone who also claimed to have been brought up as the heiress to a seat among the MOD, but managed to not become one. I remember it more as a description of executive organization, with beliefs and practices designed for control more than a real worship system. Yes, this one is going around, and is the one with points I find hard to believe. Finding 1000 virgins. One man deflowers them in one ceremony. Then he is killed and eaten. Then another ceremony for over 2000. The logistics all seem expanded by a huge amount to become unbelievable, plus we would have thousands of these initiates running around. Whatever was on them cards was short & sweet and to the point. Whether it was plain English or easily recognized symbology, it's point got across quick.
Regardless of who theorizes what, we have what looks to be a mass-messaging to the most important members of the evil inner circles within our system, our government, and beyond. Every one of the people in that video footage who laid eyes on whatever was in those envelopes expressed a varying but significant level of physical discomfort. At 6:00 in, the narration does a good job highlighting all this.
