It wouldn’t be hard. A national emergency was declared in 2018 related to foreign election interference. If it were to occur, and they have proof of it, immediately the constitution gets tossed out of the window. Combine that with the likely proof that they have of China being behind covid release, a weapon of mass destruction, and now you have double the vindication for declaring national emergency and suspending the constitution. Once that occurs, you would have to institute a continuity of government plan, until shit gets sorted out. Which conveniently, Trump also wrote an EO for.
Imagine if Trump was given a red folder that contained absolute proof that an algorithm was applied to the electronic voting data from somewhere outside the US. Imagine if he was given a folder from a high ranking Chinese military defector with proof China released covid on purpose in order to harm America and help them rig an election with mail in ballots. Both of these scenarios seem pretty likely with some common sense.
Do you really think at that point; that it would be an issue to declare a national emergency and institute continuity of government?
