He's right. My brother is a 100% brainwashed and he thinks it's wierd some people have internal monologue. I'm like "so nothing is contemplated in your brain? Wtf?" Also how sick are you to think that having an internal monologue is a bad trait to have?
I've been surveying clients about this. It's stunning how many of these NPCs there are. I've decided we DO live in The Matrix and only those of us with internal dialog determine the games rules and outcomes. Yup. Weird as hell, but thats what it looks like.
Yeah that's been a scary notion, but ive noticed some people can "get into" something, (thats been ignored/around forever, soley by personal preference) only for that same item to be the next hot thing on the market. Or finish a forgotten 90s video game just in time for the sequel to be announced the very next day.
I don't actually believe that. But let's assume there are a handful who have never eaten an apple. They've seen apples. They've seen them in the store at the very least and they've seen images of them. Even those kids have most likely eaten apple sauce.
They have some experience with them. They should be able to recall these memories and at the very least be able to construct the mental image of an apple.
I read an article a while back that was astonishing. Below a certain IQ, people fail to have an 'internal monologue'. They do not think with words. Without the ability to 'debate' in their heads, there can be no logic - no critical thinking. Every single action, motivation, and/or decision is purely emotion-based.
Imagine how easy it is to manipulate these people.
Now I'm sure that most 'normies' out there that are well above that IQ threshold - but I suspect that Cabal-associated psychologists have figured out how to 'train' people how to lose that 'inner monologue'. (Public schools, anyone?)
Holy shit. I've never really looked at myself as an intelligent individual, but it's particularly horrifying to suddenly realize just how stupid a lot of people really are.
"I don't have a inner monologue either. Any time I have to communicate outside my head with words, I have to "translate" what I'm thinking. That takes time and effort. It's why I vastly prefer written communication over verbal, since you can take more time than the instant response a verbal conversation requires,"
I wonder if it’s IQ vs simply not being taught formal logic. In decades past children, even in public schools, were taught Latin, formal logic, and more rigorous math. Each of these subjects stimulates logical reasoning and word based thinking, and they’ve all been dumbed down or removed from public education in the past 50 years or so.
Hard to imagine. I've also heard that a lot of people don't dream in color. It's counterintuitive when a person's "waking life" is in color that they would dream in greys.
Dolores Cannon talked about people who were fillers - can't remember what she called them - like game npc''s. Hopi prophecy says there will be living bodies with no souls at the end.
She called them background people.
This is so fascinating! I have often thought that i don't miss other people's company now I have lived alone for so long because I have more interesting conversations with myself in my head.
Now this topic is coming up all over the place. I read somewhere that probably only a small percentage of the 8 billion of us are humans with a soul.
And also that when we find out how few real libby leftards there are, we will all be surprised. Most of the ones on social media are bots.
So that's NPCs, bots and background people all filling up space all over the place and hardly anyone to talk to except ourselves.
Wow that is crazy to me, I just assumed everyone talked to themselves and thought about stuff. No wonder they dumb down the education system.
Side note: my friend has low IQ (85 i think) with a learning disability and definitely has internal dialogue because shes starting to question things, tends to over think and is stepping away from the left. Super interesting
They do try to train it out of you through socialization or, for some, over-socialization. I've also seen it called demiotic-induced neurosis, which I think is a portmanteau of "democratic" and "semiotic"; instead of having your own signs and symbols in your brain referencing things you believe, have experienced or know, many of these signs and symbols have been induced and replaced by others through verbal repetition, thereby fully or partially nullifying your own internal monologue through use of your own symbolization. You couldn't learn without this process but it is incredibly important who does it, why they're doing it and how they do it.
Since these signs and symbols (words, pictures, abstractions, representations, etc.) are not your own, you become a bit of a stranger to yourself in a way and thus require others for validating almost any thought you might have on your own (as they will inevitably conflict with the group-thought inculcated through the process of socialization). If these imbued representations are outright wrong then there are other problems that will possibly arise.
Fun, hopefully unrelated, note: back in the mid 20th century, the Dutch psychiatric researcher Joost Meerloo noticed that when large swaths of the population lose their individual identities at once or in brief, successive phases, the process pretty much invites a demagogue to come in and think for them.
A certain small amount of alienation from yourself is probably good so as to be capable of empathizing/sympathizing with others and to learn and grow, but too much is how we end up with world wars and genocide. The statement "I am" is so so so so so so much better than "we are Legion." And one who "is" understands this much better than those who "are."
even with an internal monologue what people are lacking is critical thinking skills. They never question whether something is true or not, they just trust "authorities" whether its the TV show host or their friend who makes some stupid claim. They get away with being lazy but saying, oh I don't have time to do research so I just trust the experts.
Or their laziness means that they’ll just blanket disbelieve everything so they don’t have to evaluate anything individually, such as the fact that you told them.
I don't know why people equate this with being a soulless NPC. I think it's weird there are people who ONLY think in words like a TV show internal monologue... probably explains why they are so easily manipulated by words.
Its the smart people that bother me though. The people I have shared documentaries about aliens, 9/11, and every other conspiracy theory all of a sudden become complete morons when Trump comes up. They go into an emotional frenzy and start repeating over and over that the mainstream media would never lie about Trump.
I appreciate the sentiment, but I think the vast majority of people have the capacity to see (all but 4-6% most likely). They just require the right entry.
We also from a young age tend to favor others with the same capacity as ourselves. IF you are smarter than most you can think back to early childhood and remember not connecting or caring for many in your group.
Throughout life this continues and you seldom learn to really know "normies", only some people in certain fields meet others and really learn how little most people reflect upon the world and on themselves.
In another carreer in an earlier part of life I myself got better understanding of the average person; while being an army officer and having different platoons with different average IQs it dawned on me that I never before made friends or really learnt to know people much "dumber" than myself. Probably because I didn't connect and they probably thought I was weird and complicated since it took many years for me to learn to shut up and not vent ideas and thoughts unless being with likeminded people.
But it became very clear that many soldiers (in the platoons where higher than average IQ wasn't required) really didn't have what for me constitues a normal mind which should have a thoughtprocess involving thoughts about oneself, ones situation and a healthy scepticism about most things.
Long post but this is an interesting issue and one that keeps coming back since it is one of the big reasons why we are in this mess; people are easy to fool.
I literally can’t imagine what it’s like to not have an internal dialogue. My mind always buzzes with ideas, arguments, counter arguments, and playing devil’s advocate. Plus I love reading other people’s ideas and contemplating them. Maybe it’s because I have an INTP personality type.
Passively accepting whatever’s put in front of me with no thought put into it is the most horrifying thing I can imagine. How do other people get away with it without going crazy?
If there is a class of people, call them "normies", that don't have an internal dialogue there is no use in vilifying them. After all, we are all born without an internal dialogue and no one is guaranteed to develop one. They are what they are.
I believe our focus needs to remain on the powers and principalities who are exploiting the weakness of our normie brothers and sisters and then using our own brothers and sisters against us.
For our own sake, we have to protect normies from liars.
He's right. My brother is a 100% brainwashed and he thinks it's wierd some people have internal monologue. I'm like "so nothing is contemplated in your brain? Wtf?" Also how sick are you to think that having an internal monologue is a bad trait to have?
same
I literally cant wrap my head around the idea of no "internal monologue"
This is unsettling.
How do you figure out how you feel about something?
You wait for someone to tell you.
Yup that's exactly how they function. No thought just waiting for the newest pre packaged information.
I've been surveying clients about this. It's stunning how many of these NPCs there are. I've decided we DO live in The Matrix and only those of us with internal dialog determine the games rules and outcomes. Yup. Weird as hell, but thats what it looks like.

There was this thread on 4chan, about a school assignment: « imagine an apple ».
Most answers were: « I don’t see anything », others were just « the word "apple" written ».
Very few see the shape, the color, the taste, feel the smell or even hear the sound it makes when bitten.
True, there are too many unimaginative people.😳
Unimaginative? This requires no imagination. It's simple regurgitation of memories.
True, and that kind of makes it worse that they don’t even have accurate memories
Or can't recall them at will.
These people are fundamentally broken.
There are too many kids who have never eaten an apple.
Kidding?
I don't actually believe that. But let's assume there are a handful who have never eaten an apple. They've seen apples. They've seen them in the store at the very least and they've seen images of them. Even those kids have most likely eaten apple sauce.

I was really just being facetious...thinking about the packaged food, fast food, Oscar Meyer lunchables crowd.
I agree with you btw. It is hard to imagine a lack of imagination or inability to describe something...until you meet a lot of people (thousands)
Then you start to realize what “average” means.
Given most people's diet, I wasn't sure if it was a joke or not.
They could also be just--lazy.
Is this true? I always assumed everyone did the internal monologue thing.

Complete slaves to their emotions.
This may not be the article I read, but it's on the subject (with further links): https://www.iflscience.com/people-with-no-internal-monologue-explain-what-its-like-in-their-head-57739

Good God.
We are a people of morons!

Maybe they are not that smart then!
I was shocked when I learned some people don’t have one. I can’t get mine to shut the hell up and give me some peace. It’s exhausting.
Seriously!
I appreciate the sentiment, but I think the vast majority of people have the capacity to see (all but 4-6% most likely). They just require the right entry.
I don’t understand what life would be like if you didn’t mull things over w an internal dialogue.
Must be way easier to get to sleep at night. Way more time for beer and sports ball too.
Engage normies if you ever want to hear what they've been saying on the news, regurgitated.
So true. It really makes me so frustrated and so sad.
I dont even know what to do anymore nothing works.

Wait, what?
Monologue, dialogue, whatever.
Are you telling me there are people who don't have that?
I literally can’t imagine what it’s like to not have an internal dialogue. My mind always buzzes with ideas, arguments, counter arguments, and playing devil’s advocate. Plus I love reading other people’s ideas and contemplating them. Maybe it’s because I have an INTP personality type.
