From article:
Leading British astronomer Paul Davies wrote, “The greatest puzzle is where all the order in the universe came from originally.” Order does not come from an explosion. Davies wrote in a New Scientist article, “Everywhere we look in the universe, from the far flung galaxies to the deepest recesses of the atom, we encounter order….” Nobel Prize winner Max Planck agrees: “There is evidence of an intelligent order of the universe.” Einstein seemed to concur, suggesting that the “high degree of order” was somewhat of a “miracle.”
Famous astronomer Alan Sandage confessed, “I find it quite improbable that such order came out of chaos. There has to be some organizing principle. God to me is a mystery but is the explanation for the miracle of existence, why there is something instead of nothing.”
One does not have to be a scientist to understand that obvious problem. If the universe is the result of an explosion, how does it run like a Swiss clock? This was a comparison made by astronomer Johannes Kepler whose laws describe planetary orbits. Why, if the planets resulted from a big bang, do Venus and Uranus revolve backward, and why do at least six moons (out of 60 in our solar system) rotate around their planets opposite to the other moons? How could the same explosive thrust produce objects revolving in different directions? It is no surprise the Big Bang has started to fizzle!
Astronomer Hoyle says that a “sickly pall now hangs over the big bang theory.” The Big Bang has fallen with a big bang! Eminent scientists who reject the BBT include Nobel Prize winner Hannes Alfven, astronomer Sir Fred Hoyle, astronomer Jayant Narlikar, astronomer N. Chandra Wickramasinghe, astronomer Geoffrey Burbidge, physicist Allen Allen, physicist Hermann Bondi, physicist Robert Oldershaw, and physicist G. de Vaucouleurs. American physicist Eric J. Lerner penned, The Big Bang Never Happened: A Startling Refutation of the Dominant Theory of the Origin of the Universe. That sums it up succinctly.
It is mind-boggling to think how rejecting the BBT would impact academia. Professors, scientists, and writers would have to repudiate a lifetime of work, remove their books from bookstores, refuse future royalties, and, if they possess any character, refund their salary for teaching lies to gullible students. Alas, they would also lose tenure.
Probably the biggest problem the Big Bangers have was voiced by A. Krauskopt and A. Beiser: “A number of scientists are unhappy with the big bang theory….For one thing, it leaves unanswered the questions that always arise when a precise date is given for the creation of the universe: Where did the matter come from in the first place?” (Emphasis added.) That is the question that evolutionists simply can’t answer unless they are willing to whimper, “God.”
On Pat Buchanan’s national talk show, I debated Eugenie Scott, atheistic scientist and president of the National Center for Science Education and major creationist critic. Reluctantly, she admitted that maybe God started it all! I had debated her earlier, and she was not willing to make that concession.
There are various theories as to the beginning of all things, but they can be distilled into two theories: God created everything according to the Bible record, or He did not. Under the column “He did not,” you can place the day-age theory, gap theory, theistic evolution, the Big Bang Theory, steady state theory, etc. Either He did, or He did not act according to the Scripture.
For those who believe that the Bible is the Word of God and that it means what it says, there is not an iota of doubt: God created the universe and everything therein in six 24-hour days! God very clearly tells us in John 1:1-3, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made.” That passage is very clear, isn’t it? All things means all things. Now, either believe God or not, but don’t play around with the facts. Maybe unbelieving scientists should look again at the Book that says, “Let there be light.” It was not an explosion or expansion but an exclamation: Let there be light. In Acts 17:24, Luke tells us again that, “God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands.” That is an affirmative statement that leaves no room for doubt. “God that made the world….” Did He or did He not? If not, the Bible is untrue, unreliable, and unnecessary, and if the Bible is true, evolutionists are untrue, unreliable, and unnecessary. And should be unemployed.

I love that quote
I think a lot of what we know or are told about space and planets/stars is a big lie.
Bingo. I'd wager it's 100%.
Nailed it. Wether it’s pharmaceuticals, politics or teaching our children, leave it to the “experts” to get it wrong every time. They truly believe wrong answers are always better than no answers. Follow the money.
The big bang theory: first there was nothing and then it exploded.
Sorta like the liberal mind in 2016?
Kek!
While I share the sentiment of this article (we've only begun to scratch the surface of understanding the universe and that there has to be some kind of intelligence behind it), the author links planetary formation/behavior directly to the big bang. This is incorrect.
The big bang is a theory to explain what happened in the earliest moments of the universe based on what we know today. The big bang isn't meant to explain why planets do what they do. The theories about the formation of planets are quite different.
Planets are fake and gay news. We've been lied to
Space is a freemasonic hoax. There is a dome. Water above. The moon and sun are small and local.
The one thing that everyone seems to miss is that, no matter how far out you see with bigger and better telescopes, there is no thinning out of galaxies. You would expect the ones further from the point of explosion to be farther apart. But there is no evidence of that, no matter which way you look.
Big Bang Theory doesn't explain where the beginning lump of matter and energy came from or how it came to be compressed to the size of a marble before exploding. If that's how the universe came into being, then it really was a miracle.
This is a larp.
Had a Chemistry Professor hold up 2 books on the final day of 2nd Semester Chemistry Class and said:
"If you believe in this (Chemistry Book) then you ought to be reading this (Bible)"!!!!!
Still holds true today!!!!
🤣
The "big bang" was the exit out the other side of a black hole.

Well,I guess we all know THAT is not going to happen!
BBT helped support creation theory more as it showed universe had a start thus, had a starter. Scientists originally had a hard time accepting BBT.
Are we back to believing the universe is eternal?
We're back to questioning everything we've been taught.
Questioning does not equate to believing.
Biblical Creationists do not require a "Big Bang Theory" for anything. "In the beginning ..." is the statement that literally says, "start"
Christ's acts of Creation required only the Word of God -- note that each day of Creation in Genesis opens with "And God said..."
"Creative destruction" as BBT literally implies - is found nowhere in Scripture.
Just stick with the Scriptural account for accuracy.
I feel deceived. We were taught in school that the Big Bang was the beginning of time/universe. What are they hiding? God?
Uni = one,
Verse = a fictional world ,
You figure it out. I'm sure they'd never lie to us.
And this man's explanation carries to everything God says about the earth. Choose ye this day whom ye will serve, as for me and my house we will serve the Lord.

The Bible says we live under a dome (copy pasta): GENESIS 1:6-8,14-17,20Verses in the Bible 6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. Genesis 1:6 Meaning 7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. Genesis 1:7 Meaning 8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day. Genesis 1:8 Meaning 14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: Genesis 1:14 Meaning 15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. Genesis 1:15 Meaning 16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. Genesis 1:16 Meaning 17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, Genesis 1:17 Meaning 20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. Genesis 1:20 Meaning PSALM 19:1In the BibleVerse Meaning 1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. DANIEL 12:3In the BibleVerse Meaning 3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
Here's an interesting question. What type of light was it that The Lord created on the first day? The sun and moon came on the fourth day. Why have we never been taught about this 'other' light source? It must still be here - it was created especially for the earth.
Genesis 3-5, Day One:
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
Genesis 12-13, Day 3:
12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
13 And the evening and the morning were the third day.
Genesis 16-19, 4th day:
16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.
17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.
19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.
Jesus Christ is the Creator of the World and all things in it according to John 1:1-5. Jesus is described as the Light of The World (John 9:5)- He physically enters the Creation He is creating on 3 consecutive days for the period of time as He defined it on Day 1.
Lucifer (name translated literally means "light bearer") was Jesus' personal servant angel whom He chose to ferry Him into His Creation on Days 1, 2, and 3 - his "limo driver" so to speak. Lucifer's function in this capacity was replaced with the creation of the Sun, moon, and stars marking time in the form of light sources as Christ had ordained them - and as it reamins to this day.
It is my specultation that displacement of Lucifer in this role is what triggered his rebellion. How interesting it is to note how in many pagan mythologies how the Sun is presumably ferried in a chariot (e.g, Apollo)
Elsewhere Jesus is also referred to as the bright and morning star (Rev 22:16).
I also don't think that the '6 days' is actually 6*24 hours.
That's a day based on Earth orbiting Sol, which didn't exist at the time. For all we know a 'day' for God would be 6 billion years for us.
Plants were created on day three...sun was created on day four.
If not 24 hours, how did the plants live in the dark?
God created time on Day 1 and defined the span as evening and morning. It is the same length of time referred to in the 4th of the 10 commandments "For in six days God created the heavens and the earth ..." This definition therefore appears as a part of the Law of Moses, written by the finger of God, Himself (Exodus 31:18).
The heavenly bodies according to Genesis 1 were created to mark the passing of time, not as the definition of time itself; 3 days had already transpired consistently, as already defined.
Question: if as you say a Creation day might be 6 billion years, explain how it is that plants were created on Day 3 and would thrive if the Sun needed for them to conduct photosynthesis was not created until 6 billion years later, on Day 4? Add to this, the insects requried to pollinate flowering plants were not created until Day 6; if three Days (18 billion years by your reckoning) transpired before flying pollinating insects were present, how is it that we have flowering plants at all today?
Correct understanding of the Biblical account may only be 6 literal 24 hour days.
Scientists are not to be trusted, hasn't the "pandemic" taught you anything?
Some ancient one said "In the beginning there was nothing, and then the nothing began to breathe by itself." This sounds right to me.
