WHY do we need an extension? Because the criminal SEC opened an investigation into DWAC (at the Request of Pocahontas) and they are stalling. They usually conclude investigations with comments within 30 days or less - It has been 160+ days and we are still waiting! Praying for TRUTH and JUSTICE!

If you have Fidelity - navigate to the vote by going to Statements and then select Proxy Materials. If you already voted the status will show that you voted. If you need to vote it will show that status.

If you vote yes for the extension, and the TMTG deal happens, it wont be IPO. Your shares in DWAC will automatically convert to TMTG - you will already be owning it.

Yes, check your correspondence from your broker. The email might be in spam. You will find a link and a control number. Easy peasy.

Yea, something is going on with this vote. The original due date to vote came and passed, and I didn't receive my voting instructions in the mail until 3 days after the deadline. That has actually NEVER happened to me before. Then i saw that the same thing was happening with other people in my close proximity and realized that it was no isolated case. That being said, the extension has allowed me to get in there, but there's certainly been some fuckery afoot

I emailed them again as I got no response from anyone the last extension. Crazy that my advisor at Raymond James hasn’t received any info on this merger with my account. Where I live I’m one of his very few clients that owns DWAC. He thinks either nothing is happening that we need to do, or this merger is being somehow censored, if it’s not BS. He’s read my prior posts I’ve screen shot’d to him, but has yet to receive any stock alert on this. Of course he understands if this is indeed happening, yes we need to move on it, but word from investors and broader from DWAC needs to be blanket alerted to their shareholders.
I already voted by phone, when the first extension deadline came down before Labor Day weekend. Fidelity was dragging their feet and didn't have the updated information due to the last second extension notice, so I just called it in. We have more time now, rather than just a few days, so if you don't hear back by the end of the week, I'd just call.
They had to transfer me after calling in which took a couple minutes. Once I explained Fidelity wasn't letting me vote (at that time), she had to manually look me up on the list of shareholders (know how many shares you hold beforehand). Once she confirmed my shares, the lady said we weren't on a recorded line, so she'd call me back and take my vote officially. Called me back immediately, where I was asked to state my name and how many shares I owned, then what my vote was on each of the two resolutions: FOR in both cases.
I'm betting my votes are still good and I don't need to revote - Fidelity isn't going to know I voted manually anyway, but I might do some searching here just to confirm.....

Is money a motivator? Sure. But the main reason for my investment is to put my money where I believe it has the best chance at working for me and that's in a platform that may have a chance at spreading true and free information. If I was solely worried about my money I wouldn't be in the stock market at all. If projects like Truth don't work out you won't have any fucking money regardless of what stock you own.

You may prove to be completely correct on your moves. My point of contention was with what appeared to be the insult of those that are still holding this position. My rebutal was an attempt to clarify my and maybe others motives for investing in DWAC.
In regard to your point on "smarter financial sense". Obviously it makes financial sense to pull out of a position that is dropping ONLY if one feels or has knowledge that the stock is not salvageable. Im personally not in that boat. If Trump can survive these frivolous law suits and investigations than the stock is a sure bet and I'm willing to take that chance. He's beaten every single one of the other frivolous suits and chances he'll pull through this one also. In the meantime i'm lowering my cost basis. If he doesn't pull through than I've lost my money but at-least took a stand while doing it. But dont be mistaken, if he doesn't pull through we are lost regardless. Whats the alternate, you hope to have some money under a WEF regime who's reset the global economys? Not a chance sir.

I think only share holders get a vote. If you turn in your warrants for shares, you should be able to but it looks like it had to be before Aug 12.

I fear there are lots of foreign shareholders that are unable to vote. My broker in Denmark (one of the big ones) says it is not possible for me to vote.
I hope we are not more than 40% or whatever number it takes for the merger to not go through...
