Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

Oh I love frogs. I’m in upstate South Carolina and I see quite a bit of them around my place here in the country. I would much rather see them than other creatures, if you know what I mean.
I don’t dislike frogs except those bright green tree frogs. I had one in the shower with me one time and i about killed my self. Screaming for my husband to get it. I think it was on my towel when I came in from the neighbors pool. We have it all here. Just a few of our creatures: Snakes, bugs, bear, coyote, bob cat. Thank God I don’t see all them. Got picture of bear, coyote & bob cat on my husbands trail cameras from the summer. I’m in eastern NC about thirty minutes from I95.
I understand. I’m about 15 minutes from the GA line with the lake in my back yard @ about a couple of miles. I have lots of coyote, hear them across the field. Haven’t actually seen on this year. But a friend of mine and her family saw a bear swimming in the lake. I didn’t know they could swim. I had a bout with a palmetto bug in my bathroom. I almost broke my neck trying to get outta there. Those blame things can fly. I screamed and it flew at me. I went and got the spray and sprayed half a can on it, just to be sure it would die. 😂
I do have a cat and she does see e everything. When I see her staring I think oh no what now. I made it thru the summer without getting any stings, and that is unusual for me.
Awesome! The only things that look so exotic out here are spiders :(
Oh, I got spiders, fire ants etc. Snakes but thankfully they stay in the woods most of the time. I’ve had the same spider since June weave a new web every night. He’s right in front of one of our security cameras. We have a small TV in the den to see the cameras. At first I’d watch him weave the entire thing. He’s working on it right now. Every night about dark he starts a new web. Poor thing the wind and rain tear it up & he’s hanging in the middle. I honestly never knew how much work they do just for a home. It’s a tiny black spider. I really don’t like spiders at all, he’s lucky he’s interesting.
Now now now, dont make me go all teary for a spider!

Nobody wants to be this way, yet, He Loves us and sent his Word as flesh to exemplify His compassion toward us AND to leave us with ZERO doubt of his understanding of our condition. We literally cannot say he has never gone through what we do, because He did. How do people hate Him? He is righting all wron gs and all He asks is acknowledgement if His position, which is the Glory of all creation.

Out of curiosity, I checked my Twitter account to see if I was still locked out, with everything that's going on. Surprise, surprise! I was permanently banned. They thought I was a bot when they initially locked me out. I am fighting the charges. I wrote how rich it was coming from Twitter thinking that I was a bot. And closed it with asking for Elon's help. Hahahahahahahaha!!!

Been a single dad for a month almost. Can't believe time has flown by like this
Now I find myself in a bit of a conundrum. Found out recently that this very nice lady at work is single
This woman seems to be the complete package. Very kind, bubbly personality. Believes in God. Single parent like me. Successful and independent
I'm hung up on a few things however. I have never asked somebody out in person, so I don't really know what I'm doing. Also, feeling quite down on myself because of how my relationship with my child's mom ended. And perhaps most important of the three, this woman at work is older than me by a fair bit, and I don't know how she would feel about dating someone younger
The perception of my generation is that we're constantly dating to hook up, and that's not what I'm about at all. I'm looking for someone who would be a great mom to my child. She's always talking about her kids, and she seems like a great parent

One month being single and then finding yourself attracted and looking, is about right on schedule. It happens like clockwork, this rebound effect. It's easier to think about a new person than it is about the discomfort of break up, the disappointment of it, to seek a balm for our wounds. Suddenly you are free again, and in that, there is hope to "do it right this time". What is hardest is to adjust to the reality of single parenting, to live it one day at a time as a single parent, instead of not being present and imagining what it would be like to have another person. Give yourself time as a single man who is a father. You have two roles now, as nurturer and provider, and that takes a lot of energy! Instead of seeking out wifey material, try instead to make friends with other single parents, I cannot stress enough the value in these friendships. Your child comes first, always, you created a life that you are now responsible for, it would be great to have a partner, sure, but I think it is too soon, personally. Take time to get to know yourself, if you are young, and healthy, life is long when lived one day at a time. God always provides, especially when you are not seeking, at least that has been my experience. In my 12 step recovery, we had advice to newbies, and that is, to stay out of any new relationships for 1 year, because they become a distraction to what you have to do to grow. Casual friendships are fine, (I do not mean hook ups!!!!!). But if the first thing that you tell yourself is that you are looking for a future partner when you see a girl you like, whoa boy, !! Take it slow, what seems attractive to you now, may not be the same thing you seek later on as you grow. Not to mention that workplace situations can get icky and awkward. Try not to boomerang, its normal, but resist it, I speak from experience.

But I'd say you two hitting it off chemistry wise and in terms of sex is pretty damn important. Especially because you both already have kids, the relationship and its actual compatibility may come into play much more than a relationship where intimacy sinks to the background to pregnancy, birth, raising infants, etc
So if you can both actually hit it off as best friends and also crazy about each other intimately, the likelihood she'll be an amazing and loyal parent to your child is a lot higher
Remember, she was and is a girl before she was a parent..nurturing and cherishing her identity is tippy top. A big part of your kid seeing her as a parent and someone they can trust is them seeing how great you two get along and how you two are as close as you and your wife were

Sounds like you have gone through some things, and finally found some freedom. Gratz! Please make sure first and foremost you enjoy and cherish this new found freedom.
It's great to hear this. If this is truly your goal, you should first and foremost focus all your energy and establishing a solid foundation as a single dad to your kid. It can't be easy by a long stretch going through parents' divorce. No matter how great a parent is, no one can just step in and take over as a new parent, it also depends on how the child is feeling. You will have plenty of time and oppurtunities down the line to find a new partner.
My child is very young. Too young to really question what's going on. They've adjusted very well to the new normal at home
It's a much healthier household now. Mom took care of the baby, didn't take care of herself or the home at all. Lashed out at me constantly. Made me completely miserable for a long time. Found out she was cheating for months when she took off with another guy who lived 10 hours away.
Also, to clarify, not necessarily trying to rush into a full blown relationship or anything like that after a month. Mostly I'm just interested in getting to know this person better.
Ask her out for coffee...☕ then take it slow and see if a friendship develops.
Most of all pray for God to put the person He wants for you in your path and then pray for the wisdom to recognize that the her.

This is something that has been nudging me more and more lately. I have prayed more than ever in my life and am learning more than ever about everything. I notice some others lately doing the same. We are taught from early on that what I look at as gifts from God was the work of the devil. When I was saved, I was totally healed and felt the Holy Spirit woosh into me, I have felt more and more connected as the years pass. At first it was overwhelming, I think to show what is possible, then toned down to a level I could function at. I could tell you where the wires in your walls are, the energy from cell towers, transformers, and others looked like black sludge, and I couldn't look long or I would get sick.
I and a friend, I found out today, had experienced slow motion while falling. He agreed with me that it was the most fun falling we ever had. He flew out a truck, about 40 feet and barely got a bruise.
I found out that my neice also a Christian has had dead people talk to her, her entire life. She is like my daughter as I am one of her mothers. (Not Gay) She is in her 40's and she never told me until my Mom, brother and sister visited her with info she could not have known. All of this over the phone and I ended up having a 45 minute conversation with them. I was so much fun, we were all laughing even though my mom wants me to find something, she gave the image of a pirate ship. When we had to call it quits we ended in prayer to Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Please anyone don't be shy, speak up if you have experienced miracles, we know there are far more than they want us to know. Part of the Great Awakening perhaps.
Amen. Being forthright about these things is often part of why the gifts were granted. I have experienced similar miracles, and enjoy talking about them with others. I also was thrown from a motorcycle about 30 feet without injury.
I've always had a gift of precognition and insight.
As a child, things just rolled off my tongue and often I was chastised. For example, phone rings. Mom's friend on the line with a cold. I tell my mom that her friend is on the phone, and I think she is going to die. Mom is horrified and chastises me - after all it is just a cold. Three days later said friend dies of pneumonia, but Mom never comes back to talk to me about my intuition.
Over time I learned to dampen the intuition, but it is still with me. I also learned that it truly is a gift we all have, should we choose to exercise it and use discernment.
Sad, that society has dampened the gifts, saying they are from santa, (I don't like to say his name). Of course, santa would take the credit for what God gave us.
You reminded me of years ago. I had a phone next to the bed and would wake up to answer it before it rang. My hubby would just cross his eyes, chuckle and go back to sleep.
It depends on your vibrations etc. We have crystals in our brains..the first radios were crystal radios. We transmit signals...prayers etc ...and receive data via the pineal gland ....we only see a fraction of the information out there on the frequency band we are on. Some are tuned in to other frequencies and see and hear more.
The church did/does not want people discovering truths they keep hidden from us that would destroy the fear people live in with their invented hell etc that would destroy their power.
That's why they burnt anyone that had second sight.
I think water has a lot to do with it also. I built one of those radios in high school, it worked great. They also burn't herbal healers, had to get rid of the competition of new pharma. Frequency plays a huge role in our lives that we don't see, this is what Rife used. I have a spooky 2 rife machine, and can do biofeedback scans to find the frequencies I need if I am not going for something specific. Some things are super fast but some things take longer. Even works remotely for my pets. I am wondering if 5-G could be used to heal those that got the jab.
