B.S. excuse. My account will stay cancelled.
Screw Pay Pal and the woke horse they rode in on.
Did not know that about Soros! Wow! Glad I'm out!
The irony is so delicous: The information that PayPal account holders will be fined $2,500 for misinformation is, in fact, misinformation.
We all know the tsunami of account closings that have happened in the last 24 hours has forced them to take four giant steps backward.
The woke are pathetic idiots who can't think beyond the end of their nose.
Delicious, but screw them and their language policing
Agreed
Awesome! I’ll take my $2,500 now, please!
I logged in to cancel and found $397 in my account. Facebook had a class action lawsuit filed against them for collecting biometric data in IL, and they finally settled a little bit ago. I filled out the form ages ago and got paid for it! Looks like I have to wait a couple days to cancel my PayPal to make sure that money gets into my bank account, then it’s bye-bye.
I love when that happens. Extra money you weren't expecting.👏😁
Accident -- hahaha. Someone wrote that up and had that in the copy -- they must have either release it too early or the error was thinking users were gonna just take it.
A policy change like this, at a large company, goes through many lawyers, many, and each change is reviewed with scrutiny. Absolutely a lie that it was on accident.
That was as fast as sayin' Go Woke and Go Broke.
Too late faggots!
ha ha ha ha
ON YOUR KNEES
Guess money talks. Looks like lots of people cancelled and they got cold feet.
I haven't used Paypal in forever. Years. But tried to log in today to delete my account and they now require I supply a phone number just to log in. So how do I delete my account now???
Just stop using the account. They feel the revenue hit either way. This way they haemorrhage money and can't figure out why because accounts are still active 🤣
I did stop a couple of years ago.
I’d make sure you don’t have any bank accounts tied to it prior to abandoning it…
Too late…already cancelled.
I am guessing about 80 million closed accounts changed their minds! KEK
"Never intended" huh. Then WTH did it end up there?
To late,it's much easier to cancel than face book.
Three clicks and your done.
Unless you used it to pay subscriptions for stuff you didn't necessarily trust with your credit card info like me. I had to go through and move all that stuff to virtual credit cards (Capital One does have a purpose). Took me about an hour and I was able to cancel. I did tell PP to delete all my data so it will take a little longer to completely close, but its dead to me anyway.
Warning - PP didn't show me all the places I had using it - it missed 3 or 4 - but I remembered them. Make sure you take care of them if you used PP like I did.
Companies are now acting like policticians... leak their plans days ahead of time to gauge public support and act accordingly. Fucking scumbags. Hang them all.
Somebody will be unemployed come Monday.😬
sorry paypal... i deleted my account an hour ago... an account i had since 1999. you suck... go away!
this is all funny a.f Obviously lost too amny peeps which is epic - but I canned a few weeks prior to this drama as they werent allowing me to do sh1t with my account anyway
I stopped using paypal a couple of years back because I found a man, whom I don't know sending money to himself from my account. I contacted paypal and they refused to stop this man and block him or remove him from my account. I had to get my credit card company involved. The credit card company stopped it. Pay pal then told me I had to prove I was the owner of that account. Total BS. As soon as the CC company resolved it I canceled my account and told them about the poor service and the poor protection they provided me. I also canceled my husband's account. Go Woke, Go Broke!!
Here is where I get to deliver the same line that nurses told me they were delivering to patients who were dying in covid-agony, apparently not getting the jabs they first time they were asked. "IT'S TOO LATE..."
Congrats PayPal, I guarantee that you will lose your entire business with this. Paypal were asked if they could find a way to help lay down the law, which they can't do, and now get to pay a price they were not prepared for.
Hmmmm, just how does something this massive and major "accidentally" end up on the user agreement?
What fucking bullshit I cannot believe they are trying to save face by lying.
It wasn't in error, it was panic response to mitigate stock price drop. It's a preview of what's to come if Biden/DNC cheats and wins again.
Oh shit, maybe you actually do more than Lauren Boebert
