My opinion of how he's running the company so far is a mix of I think it's hilarious, but some of the stuff is just plain dumb (like the recent thing of "be prepared to work long hours click this button by tomorrow or bye," work-life BALANCE is a thing, dev burnout is a thing, diminishing returns with overtime coding is a thing, in fact the 4-day work week being just as productive as a 5-day is a thing though we're not there yet)(and one can observe Tesla quality issues still continue...hmmm)....
Edit: So someone else tempering some of this stuff would probably not be a bad thing.
