However, I think part of this is to cast doubt on the usefulness of the 3 letter agencies, in order to remove them. I think most of us want them gone, and if there needs to be a federal agency coordinating criminal investigations, most agents and any enforcement officers need to remain under state control.

There are many apps and methods for playing a sound track at a faster speed without distorting the pitch. Even the Rumble video above lets you choose 1.25x, 1.5x and other speeds with 0.25x increments. I generally listen to podcasts at 1.4x to 1.5x unless they are really, really slow.

Yea, we southerners do tend to have a more layed back cadence to our speech.
Which doesn't bother me in the least - makes me feel like the conversation is something to be savored.
