Meanwhile, the Great Awakening rushes forward at ever increasing, soon to be breakneck, speed.
Praise God for the times we live in.
Nutrition question: What does lecithin actually do?
I've been taking lecithin for years on the advice of my parents, as part of my daily supplements.
The reason being: I'm autistic, and I'm in my 40s. I was diagnosed over 25 years ago. They said it would help my...quirks.
A few years ago, I learned how bad soy is, so I switched from soy lecithin to sunflower lecithin. However, I'm sure not noticing any real difference.
And then an online friend of mine showed me this link, saying soy lecithin and sunflower lecithin are equally bad for you. I'd never heard of the website before, and looking around it, I still can't come to a conclusion on whether to trust it.
So I turn to you guys. I've made nutritional adjustments based on what I've read here and on the old subreddit over the years, such as taking Vitamin K-2 MK-7, which I do now. And looking on every other win about this turned up nothing on this particular subject.
Lecethin is a source of choline, which is like a stimulant for the synapses to fire better, in your brain, thereby setting up nueropathways, to help memory and cognition. A nuero pathway is like a rut in the road, if there is path for memory, and that path is maintained, by traveling along the same rut all the time, those nueral firings will always occur the same way, because the path has been made, if that makes sense. It makes it easier for the brain to find learned data, motor memory, say, for learning music, because the choline keeps the synapses "snappy". Sorry for the metaphorical explanation, its the only way I can understand things, I have no gift for straight data. Maybe I need more lecithin. Free range hens who have a lot of good sunlight and Vitamin D from sunshine, lay eggs that are loaded with lechitin, the yolks have that richness that almost coats your tongue.
Huh, good to know, thank you. I guess I'll keep taking it, then.
I love eggs, and I like a pretty egg. Before I put them in my cooker I look them over and admire how pretty they are. I know that sounds weird, but oh well. I am also a supplement taker. I’m addicted to them. ❤️
I take it for psoriasis on my hands and feet. It works miracles.
Was just watching part of Tucker Carlson's interview with Mike Tyson. Occasionally I pay attention to stories about boxing as I used to be one. Simon & Garfunkel's song The Boxer is one of my personal favorites. Anyway, Tyson had this one quote I hadn't heard in a long time, but I find it as fascinating today as when I first heard it a while ago:
"When someone says something and I get offended, I think I'm somebody.... but when I think I'm nobody and someone says something, I'm not offended."
There is a lot of truth in that statement. A lot. It ties right into what I have believed for as long as I remember, that you can't control the other guy - you can only control how you react to the other guy.
I had minor surgery today. In the preparation paperwork, there's a question of if I wanted blood in case of emergency? I said I wanted true blood, no Mrna spike protein. Nurse said blood bank didn't differenciate between Vax and non-vax donations. I said, "well, they should have thought about that before they started!" Nurse agreed and called to verify. Nope, they do not note what kind of Vax status. I would have to know a relative who has the same blood type and Vax status to coordinate with the Red Cross to donate just for me. I told her that I don't have that set up now and I would rather die on the table than live with poison in my veins. I am now back in my room, good for another day of life.
Good for you, can’t keep a good Patriot down. 🇺🇸
There is a restaurant in the South named Showmars. The company logo is a suspicious looking spiral. https://www.charlotteonthecheap.com/showmars-groceries/ Has anyone else raised an eyebrow to this, or is it nothing?
I’m only a couple hours from Charlotte myself into South Carolina. I have to say that logo looks creepy to me.
I’ve seen a similar logo at a pizza place located at the 101 and via de Ventura in Scottsdale Arizona. There is an aqua marine place located there, and I don’t know the name of the pizza place either. But II’ve seen a similar logo at a pizza place located at the 101 and via de Ventura in Scottsdale Arizona. There is a aqua marine place located there, and I don’t know the name of the pizza place either. But I saw it on the sign when I drove by, it’s one of those signs that changes pictures. The main attraction is OdySea Aquarium.
Edit. I just went to the website and looked for a pizza place nearby, but apparently it’s not there anymore. But I remember driving by one day and seeing a big piece of pizza with that spiral right over it I think it’s a dad’s pizza. I just thought it was so in your face.
When I see these symbols as company logos, I don’t know if there’s something nefarious going on, or someone just thought it was an interesting logo.
I guess you could be 50-50, however, our eyes are wide awake now, so we question everything. God bless and have a great night.
I recommend the Berliner Philharmoniker app if you can get it on your TV or phone. I have it on the apps part of my Blu-Ray player, and occasionally will go on there and watch a concert or two. It goes all the way back to when Herbert von Karajan was conductor [he has since passed] but the other night, I watched Daniel Barenboim perform Beethoven's 3rd Piano Concerto and Mozart's 24th Piano Concerto. I know that not all of you are into classical music, but it is a sight to behold.
I've seen Barenboim perform (not in person, to my recollection), both conducting and playing, and he's impressive. Here's a Mozart piece that personifies "tickling the ivories".
Thank you, also, for sharing your stories of precious memories with your father. IMHO moments like those are gifts from God. I have many wonderful memories from my childhood and I thank God daily for my family and, in particular, my loving parents, both long passed now. I've been so blessed in my life and it sounds like you have been, too. Your loving memories are not corny in the least. Safety is something all children should have. Why we fight.
https://youtu.be/1vDxlnJVvW8
Thanks for the link. I admire and respect Barenboim because he is a master craftsman. You hardly see him smile, but that's not because he is aloof - he isn't. There are few pianists out there who can "coax" the piano along. Barry Douglass is another one, as is Lisa de la Salle.
I look back and remember when all I had to turn to was classical music. It brought me through a lot of tough times, dealing with the pain. I frankly could not have survived without it.
Classical music is almost like a language in and of itself. Mathematical and emotional at the same time. It transports you, in a sense.
I'm glad you had that to help you through, glad that you're here now in this most amazing time to be alive. (Not easy, but amazing nonetheless 😉)
Thanks Fren.
It sounds like a wonderful experience of great music!
When I was a little boy, I didn't speak until I was five. I was a sickly child, but as far as speaking, I didn't need to. I listened a lot. Anyway, I would go into these depressive fugues because [even though it wasn't known at the time] I was autistic. My father found a way to break me out of these fugues by playing classical music. When I was four, he played Tchaikovsky's Romeo & Juliet and that was the first time I had ever heard it - and I was hooked. I couldn't get enough of it. There are certain pieces that take me back, and the two I mentioned in the post are but two of them. The Adagio from Mozart's 23rd Piano Concerto is another, as is Debussy's Claire de Lune.
Until he divorced my mom when I was 8, we had this thing: he would come home from work every day, and after settling in and taking care of other family business, the two of us would lay on the floor and he had an old Hammond World Atlas he would open up. All the while in the background music was wafting from an old RCA Victrola phonograph - Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev, Beethoven, Mozart, Brahms and some others - and while the music was playing, we would travel around the world and he would take me to faraway places on the map. We traveled the world together, and I remember him telling me that the music was God's way of speaking to us.
I know it sounds corny as hell, but I have never had quite such a wonderful time since then, although I have come close. The stupidest thing I ever did was not pursue the piano, but in a way I am kind of glad because I am such a perfectionist that it would have killed me. So, I decided to re-create the perfect acoustic environment with a speaker setup in my home. At least once a week I will immerse myself in the wonderful world of classical music, and travel back in time to when my dad was alive. No one can hurt me there. Although I am not terribly religious, that is my way of speaking to God. Maybe there is someone out there who understands that. My wife does, but not too many others, and that is okay.
Sorry for the long post.
I love this! Your story takes me back to my childhood filled with classical music and ballet classes and storytelling with my father. How beautiful!
Beautiful and touching 😊

Still looking for a job after I got laid off..thankfully I have lots of stuff to sell but it seems to be difficult to find a job in my field (healthcare) without getting the vax. Praying and trusting in God to help guide me.
Those who put their trust in Him will never be ashamed.
When a door shuts, trust that God has allowed it for a good reason and that he has made provision for you. Another door will open - all things turn to the good!
Do not stop fren, I believe in you.
I'm sorry to hear that. I pray God will lead you to a position that fits you best!
The DJ from the Ellen Show, known as "Twitch", a dancer, etc. Dead by suicide at age 40. Makes you go hmmmmm.

I am a Luddite regarding how to make a "main" post. So I will put this here. Silver is climbing steadily, it was waffling for awhile, but I have been buying it and investing in it as my main savings account for 20 years, and I see the trend now as a steady climb. I would advise getting some now if you can, the trend is looking good. It is almost at 25.00 and ounce, up from 18.00 a couple months ago, the climb is steady, and still small. Be cautious, of course, I prefer to buy on the down, but I don't think it's going to be going that way for awhile. Just watch the charts and see for yourself, just search silver spot price today.
Why do you think they have not arrested Sam Bankman-Fried girlfriend? What does she know I wonder. They should bring her to testify in Congress.

This is Archaix having a conversation with Max Ingham...Clif is always on about him but I haven't got around to him..
Think this will be interesting..
Archaix was in jail for thirty years. He didn't waste his time. At 17 he got drunk killed someone. Seems a very heavy sentence for a kid.
His knowledge of history says Morpheus is the best he has found..no agendas.
It's easy to get fooled by people spouting history when you don't have a clue !
Bubbles some of the others look very deep ..I will get your approval first ...
I am halfway through...this guy is unbelievable....fantastic...and if this is light conversation...but I agree with everything he is saying apart from left brain figures I am no good at...Terry Pratchett's books are wonderful in that he says very heavy things in his fantasy disc world....like..everyone carries their own universe around with them..
I am going to have to listen to this a few times to take it all in...
How lovely.

Stop coming up with these tear jerkers!!!
Well, since this thread is open to whatever. Happy birthday anniversary mom. 17years gone. Before ya'll say anythin' it's cool bros and sisters. My momma made me who I am and left so I could tell fools to fuck themselves proper. The real heart wrencher is other people, now, our families and friends. I am blessed that my loved ones from youth all died before the scamdemic. My dad, wife, kids, all saw that wicked son of a devil for what it was and took no jabs. We are witnesses now and just treading water. I dont know how but I do know, it's gonna workout. Rom8:28.
I hope all pedes young and old and inbetween have peace and cozy calm.
You are all the light of this world. Never forget.
And We Know! God bless you, and may he comfort your heart today
Loved ones never really leave us, they live on in our hearts.
Weird how that works, in a good way. Time is a physical property but we are eternal. :) God is so awe-some. :D
He is the Light that Shines in the Darkness…

Is it worth watching? I honestly have felt Jordan has been irrelevant for years now. Any value added?
Ah, irrelevant, but for who?
In the ocean of humanity, there is a vast and complex spectrum of awakeness and asleepedness.
For some, Peterson is like a revelation, a new way of thinking. For others, they may need new grades of chewy nutrition. Ever, as we grow, we are constantly upgrading (hopefully).
For me. I can only speak for myself.
An important point.
I find myself .... gravitating, I think might be the best way of expressing it.... towards different sources over time. For a period, I enjoyed Peterson, and his biblical series in particular. But, as things flow on, I don't feel drawn to him at this juncture.
If I attempted to analyse this, I would say that the Holy Spirit, often via my intuition, moves me to be responsive to content that I need or will benefit from, and then the correspondence that emerges in different sources manifests as something like gravity, in that I am drawn to that source and engage with it.
When that sense of pull dissipates or winds down, I find myself moving on seeking out new sources, or remaining with those where the pull, the gravity remains relatively constant.
Disclaimer: I tend to rely on this mode of navigating a lot, rather than intellectually analysing whether the content is relevant or not, although a cognitive intellectual element is present, for certain.
<end unsolicited and potentially irrelevant extraneous wordism>
Actually, you articulated very well what I myself have found to be the unconscious way of learning all my life. I find something very interesting, spend a lot of time on it, and when I reach a certain level of understanding of that, I automatically gravitate to something else. This is especially true now with respect to sources in this truth-seeking.
According to Clif High and also a lot of eastern philosophers, all your past life experiences distilled into a single drop, put into the heart of consciousness, forms your intuition. This distillation is also the connection to the universal consciousness - hence the feeling that its guided by Holy Spirit.
Incidentally the terms "left" and "right' was not chosen at random to describe the political spectrum, it seems. Left tend to be left brained and tackle everything with purely logic and analytics, where as Right tends be right brained and rely on intuition.
I used to believe left brained thinking is superior to right brained thinking, but its a fallacy. Putting too much emphasis on analytics and logic rather than intuition leads you to all kinds of wrong conclusions. Infact a smart person can distort facts, logic and analytics to guide someone to the exact opposite path.
This is exactly how we have ended up with the point of post-birth abortion or, kids being put on hormone blockers.
Kekle.
Your description resonates. IMO, there is a wide spectrum of language and terminology that with some variance and nuances in emphasis, essentially describe the same things. And, just as the map is not the territory, it's valuable and relevant to not get too attached to particular 'maps' aka terminologies and the conceptual structures they seek the express. Rather, there is value is recognizing that the reality one seeks to describe exists beyond the cognitive framework. Personally speaking, I highly value fluidity in this area of expression and articulation.
(From a professional perspective too, my work involves being able to transcend such language-based outlines and connect to what lies beyond the language.)
Regarding left and right, there are multiple perspectives one might look at this. As far as I understand it, historically, in the political context, Left and Right stem from the two sides of the court in the National Assembly at the time of the French Revolution. The Left were the radicals, who wanted more change and who rejected the Monarchy, the Right upheld the Monarchy and wanted less dramatic change.
However, from a theological perspective, Left and Right can be seen in the central event of the crucifixion. The thief on the right affirmed Jesus innocence, and confessed his own sins. The thief on the left mocked Jesus, and accused Jesus instead of recognizing his own crimes.
in this case, the right is thus the God-affirming, and the left is the God-denying.
Despite popular theological interpretations, its a fact that the crucifixion resulted in a split. Spiritual salvation was accomplished, whereas physical salvation was not, and was postponed (until the conclusion of providence). This is symbolized by the tear in the curtain in the Temple separating the Holiest Place and the Holy of Holies.
Where does this dual [holies + holy of holies] structure come from? it comes from the design the Lord God imparted to the Israelites in the desert, in designing the tabernacle which was a portable, symbolic for of the Temple.
Interpretation: God created humans (like all things) with an internal aspect and an external aspect. We commonly refer to these as mind and body, or flesh and spirit.
Both flesh and spirit were claimed at the Fall, and thus God had no vessel to manifest in human life. The tabernacle, and the Temple after it, are a symbolic representation of Christ, the Messiah, who comes with restored spirit and flesh.
By worshipping in faith and attending to the tabernacle, and the Temple, the Israelites were to set a condition of attending the Messiah before he arrived. The intent was so that their foundation would stand them in good stead and they would receive and unite with him when he arrived.
In the tabernacle, and the temple, the holiest place represents the flesh/body, and the holiest of holies represented the spirit/mind. The flesh was created to be God's instrument in the material world, but the spirit was created to be God's dwelling place in the spiritual world. Thus, the flesh was to be a holy place, but the spirit, the holiest of holy places.
Due to their faithlessness, however, The Israelites lost their way. Despite all Jesus efforts, they rejected him, as a whole, and persecuted him. Thus, a price became necessary to forgive them and forgive humanity, whom they represented. The price was Christ's flesh. Thus, on the cross, the flesh was sacrificed in order to win the victory of the spirit. The curtain was torn, Christ rose above the barrier dividing spirit and flesh. Then standing in the center, the right side, representing the spirit, confessed to and affirmed God and Christ, while the left side rejected and mocked God and Christ.
Since that time, the spirit (of the faithful) comes under God's jurisdiction, and has been receptive to God (or the universal consciousness, if you prefer that term) but the flesh still struggles, because it still comes under satanic jurisdiction.
Thus, in the current universal context, Left represents the Flesh, and as the Flesh, is more susceptible to being corrupted and used by evil, while the Right represents the Spirit, and is less susceptible to being used by evil.
BUT, as we can see, both can be corrupted. Also, ultimately, both must be restored. HOWEVER, there is a correct order that must be preserved for them to find harmony. And that is that the Spirit, or the Right, is in the subject guiding position, and the Flesh, or the Left, is in the receptive responsive position. Centering on a common purpose, they should harmonize and cooperate.
The principles behind all these manifestations also pertain, I would say, to the Left brain Right brain dynamic. The Right brain should actually be in the driver's seat for many things, with the left brain responsive and serving. The point is not which is superior or indeed primary. The point is what the purpose at hand is. That said, the correct order of purpose is that the mind, or spiritual life, which is eternal, has priority and should be the subject position, while the flesh, aka material life, has a role to serve and facilitate the spiritual growth and life, and thus is in the object position. As a broad, universal principle.
The intellect can fall into the trap of thinking it knows everything. However, the intellect has its blind spots, spots it CANNOT know or see. Thus, the sense - the intuition or the Heart, which sense the whole and accepts the wholistic approach, is capable of overcoming the blind spots because it allows for self-transcendence. Thus, an intellect in service to the Heart is an intellect that finds and knows its true home. It is guided and when necessary, kept humble by the heart, the spirit, the intuition.
Despite all the above rigamarole, the point is to affirm your basic points in 3 4 and 5, but to ideally add some further expansion by alluding to other contexts and correlations in historical, scriptural, spiritual and cosmological ideas.
Very insightful post.
This is very interesting, something I have never come across. Can you point me to any resources that talk about the crucifixion resulting in split?
He mentions Hancock...that's really why I posted it. I am going to be posting from a very good site ..recommended by Morpheus after I found it..archaix and one of the articles is about hancock..he has evidence that says he is very wrong...
If you don't think it's worth posting I will try and sort one of these others out.
My sat nav delivered me back involving only one left turn but going a night are of roundabouts turn lefts turn rights. Why???
We talking about Graham Hancock here?
An interesting module, is Hancock. On the radar since the late 90s....
Yes Graham Hancock..thought he was ok but a series on Netflix? And then someone who says he has evidence of the truth Hancock is deliberately concealing

Haha, yeah
Yes.
Many times. I used to be disturbed by deja vu: I'd go to a place that seemed oddly familiar or have an encouner that was like a replay button had been pushed. Then I realised I'd dreamt it and forgotten.
The most startling predictive dream was God's way of showing me my marriage had ended. Too personal to relate, but it was startling in accuracy. Up till then I was utterly ignorant and trusting, then I realised I had to face up to the fact that my world was about to turn upside down. Painful, but God's way of bringing me to where I am now. I will always be grateful for this deliverance.
Not in my personal life, but I have had dreams of disasters, and then they happened. The one that sticks out because it was so vivid, I was bobbing around in some foreign and warm ocean, the waves were amazing, I could see land from far away, when I woke up, I came to find out there was a really bad tsunami Indian Ocean, 2004. I've also had dreams about fires, helicopter attacks, etc, which came to happen, but the Tsunami one really sticks out to me, because even in my dream, it felt like a message. To what point? I have no idea, the dreams happen randomly and as I said, unrelated to anything I was even thinking about, and they seem to happen as the event is happening in real life. I do not sleep with any device on, radio, computer, etc, tv. It's like I am in touch with something I am naive about.
I have definitely dreamed things, told my husband about it immediately, only to be reminded at some point in time later that i had dreamt it and told him rofl its cool, but its unnerving and trippy!

Anyone know about cloralstan (stabilized chlorine dioxide)? I have been seeing chlorine dioxide aka MMS can somehow take care of blood clots but can find little info on cloralstan it appears to be made by a company closys that makes mouthwash. I bought some awhile back and have been thinking of taking it for a spin.
Also... My ex got vaccinated about a year and a half ago. I had unprotected sex with her a number of times afterward without knowing she took it. I started to notice a number of odd skin conditions afterwards. Nothing major, once I developed a very odd rash that came and went suddenly, odd skin abrasions like my skin was trying to expel something in certain spots..more recently I've felt odd disturbances i have never felt before, almost like muscle spasms but more akin to something traveling I my veins, like an odd pulse of something in various veins. Sometimes in a foot or leg or arm or hand. I'm hoping it isn't the fibrous spaghetti like stuff from 'died suddenly' traveling around my circulation system. Any thoughts?
Your hand doesn’t have mRNA … that’s all I got ;)
One of my friends keeps talking about Chlorine Di-Oxide. She was forced to take the vaccine due to her job and she did it reluctantly and since then she has been researching all the stuff to cleanup. She says that she takes CDS everyday, and gives it to even her kids and it seems to help in a lot of ways. I don't know the dosage.
I take Chlorine Dioxide regularly, it's truly amazing stuff.
What do you take it for and what are the benefits please?
Me no doctor, but after using it a few times a month for a year now I wouldn't ever not have some on hand. Worth looking into how to make yourself too.
If it could kill Lyme bacteria, I am down for it.
Good news, its likely not the vaccine
