This thread proves the SoS complicity in working to engineer the narratives they wanted. It's unconstitutional for the federal government to circumvent the First Amendment, Freedom of Speech. I am not sure if it is federally unconstitutional for states to do so, but I bet it is unconstitutional according to many state's constitutions. I could be wrong, the US Constitution may cover all government entities, including states, but I will need to deep dive on that one a bit.
You're not wrong. If they didn't ratify the constitution, they're not a state. By ratifying, they agreed that their own laws would not contradict the constitution.
