What I'm guessing what happened as I'm extremely good with computers is that whoever was printing the ballots legally and knows what they are doing, printed the right size. Someone without knowledge of the scale and print margin, or even to double check the print settings scale would be someone trying to cheat/unauthorized access and such a stupid mistake that they will get caught doing it. When you print a document, on any printer, they can trace where it came from, and also which printer was used by forensic methods due to the printing head alignment, etc..
This alignment issue is almost a honeypot bc it's such a stupid mistake, only a dumb person would mess up the print scale.
Only other alternative would be two ballot print files/variations, and I will try to find the highest quality image and compare the two and will report back on here.

When you are handed the ballot on the left, you would not be able to see that it was an improper ballot because you do not have the ballot on the right to compare it against.
When you see the side by side, of course it's obvious.
When you see it in person, you are seeing just the one. Not the other. There is no side by side comparison for you to make. You aren't able to see other ballots unless presented with the legitimate one.

Do you honestly need to be told? They had a heat map on the wall of the election center showing the voting centers with the highest concentration of Republican voters from the last election. Nothing for Democrats or Independents, only which locations Republicans would be voting at.
They're not on trial for witchcraft, but for treason. While increasing their carbon footprint may sound fun, it probably would stink up the whole area. Environmentally safe and sustainable hemp rope or arrows, unless they want to pay up front for bullets and the metals cleanup.

So if the machines didn't take these ballots and they were spoiled what ballots were the people who had this happen to do then? Did they get a provisional ballot to fill our or were they given the same wrong size ballot (which still wouldn't be read by a scanner) and told to stick it in box 3? If the latter than their ballots were never counted if they used a scanner later to try and count them.
The affidavits and videos say they were told to put them in a box to be scanned later. No proof they were ever scanned, or whether they were adjudicated for the other side.
So, you really can't tell just by looking at them.

That story was updated - it appears there was a Dem heat map as well. But doesn't explain why they would have either map.
