This is why all in-person testimony must be made IN-PERSON... physically on the stand.
The whole time it was like he was reading what someone else was writing. Blatantly didn’t care and lied that he wasn’t. Even the hesitation when he was answering for himself could be seen.

This is why video testimony needs to be NOT allowed for these people. Only if you're currently incarcerated a video link can be used. These people had the questions beforehand and typed up prepared answers.
I watched the whole trial. The guy was looking at a 'script' the entirety of his testimony! And the exact questions the defense attorney asked, were the exact questions from the script. It was creepy! I'm glad the plaintiff attorney called foul...
Lake's team brought the evidence. They had facts and witnesses to back those facts.
I do not think the judge will rule in Lake's favor, but I am hopeful.

The Hobbs defense used the Bill Clinton defensive technique multiple times.
When caught Red Handed with 19 inch ballots on 20 inch paper and Macias stating that a judge would throw out the ballots in a court of law, based on his own PowerPoint, the defense attorneys coached their clients to claim they meant a different definition of those facts.
