Question to all of you with a law/legal background. The judge only wanted to hear on two of her complaints. Does she get to have all of them heard in some level of court appeal? And, if it makes it up to the state and/or SCOTUS, do they have the latitude to hear all of her evidence?
yes, she can appeal and would generally appeal her entire original complaint unless she/plaintiff decides they don't want to pursue certain counts. not pursuing certain counts could be for various strategical reasons, including because of a change of legal opinion, or because of a desire for expediency (certain counts can require a trial with witness testimony while other matters can be decided on "summary judgment" which means that enough of the material facts in the count, which may involve testimony via depositions, can be established short of a trial).
any court decision can be appealed as long as done so within the requisite appeal period.
note, I'm no law fag but I deal in many legal matters related to my livelihood and I often write my own pleadings and sometimes even elect to represent myself pro se when feasible (e.g., corporations must be represented in court by an attorney, or at least that's true in shithole MA)

hope is good. it shouldn't go without saying that appeals in general are uphill battles and more appeals lose than win by a significant percentage, but depending on circumstances and whatnot, they can be very successful. not sure how we win exactly fren, but I too am hopeful and trusting that in the end good will prevail over evil

I could see this going up to federal court level and being overturned to create precedent (I hope anyway)
The crazy thing is, it's really a matter of the finder of fact being an issue, where most appeals rest on interpretation of the law. The judge just basically said, "Because you don't have someone confessing to their obvious malicious intent, it's not proven, so get fucked."
Since most appeals are used to accepting the decision of the finder of fact, it'll be hard to overturn. Maybe there's an appeal point on the judge finding fact rather than ordering a jury?

The sad reality is the State Legislature has the constitutional authority and responsibility to adjudicate elections. The courts are always going to duck the responsibility of overturning an election.
Furthermore, the certification of elections is also under the authority of State Legislatures. Unfortunately too many Legislatures have delegated it away to the State Executive Branch and act like they don’t understand they can take their authority back.

Admission of broken chain of custody, admission of multiple laws broken, the judge even stated that he himself wants to see an audit to review everything and "eliminate the misinformation"... and then? Poof! Comes back the next day and dismissed the entire case.

But don't you think that the white hats running Lake's lawsuit knew what was coming? They must have researched the judges ahead of time, knowing who was naughty and nice (it's not hard to tell. Look at someone's work history and what lifestyle they lead, i.e. follow the money.) And were ready for this to go in phases.
I too believe they expected this outcome. I believe this phase was for exposure. It's like they're giving the public bite size pieces of info. So they can digest it well.

Yup, and the unspoken part was that he keeps his position, his paycheck, his name fades from memory, his family will not be tormented, and he can pretend to be very judicial and professional. And remember there's a legal saying that possession is 90% of the law. Since Katie Hobbs claimed to possess the position of governor-elect, the judge can be like Pontius Pilate and just wash his hands of the whole thing.
