Don't forget this man's story about how he used 100% pure pine gum Turpentine under a medical doctor's direction to remove suspected intestinal parasites from his gut. I've actually done a bit of research on this since about 2013. I have an extensive collection of parasite images, cures, treatments, protocols, etc. What I have learned is this:
If you have one parasite, you likely have several. If you had or have domestic pets or farm animals, they will always have parasites and you will be infected also from handling them and should be treated at the same time as they are.
If you live with any family member or spouse, they must be treated simultaneously, otherwise you will reinfect each other.
There are hundreds if not thousands of species of skin, blood, hair and intestinal parasites, fungi and invaders that may attack one's body. Each one requires a particular remedy and dosage. You may need to utilize numerous, different anti-parasite drugs with repeat treatments for a long period of time to defeat or at least keep the variety of species in check.
I recommend educating yourself on the various common parasites, their treatment protocols and deciding for yourself how you wish to proceed.
I'm a cannabis expert, it's the best parasite killer. You can even target where the parasite is by the way you consume it. Every strain has around a dozen antiparasitic medical compounds.

Wish I could go this route. Though in my younger years cannabis was benign, at some point the tables turned. Different strains do different things. Your case might be different, but I would research what sativa strains thst are available. Those allow you to function and not be comatose.
Eh…I’m 48. The “change” began in my late 20s. I figured it was temporary, as up until then weed was definitely my friend. I tried (and tried…and tried) to power through and get back to base. Different strains, different potencies etc. always the same shitty effects. Finally came to the disappointing conclusion that it just ain’t for me anymore.
Funny story… this past July was hanging out w some old buddies I hadn’t seen in a few years. Beers, burgs on the grill, guitars…just chillin havin a good time. So one guy Has a vape pen and I say fuck it - hey John lemme hit that. I take one small hit. I was fine for the first 10 minutes or so then I started feeling waaaaayyyyyyy too high. Like higher than have ever been by far. I get up to walk and try to clear my head a little, realize I’m just getting higher and higher by the second and sit down on a bench in the vegetable garden. And that’s where I remained for the next 2 hours as the world around me disappeared completely. Hallucinated, puked my guts out, felt like I was trapped in an internal hall of mirrors. When I finally was able to speak again, I said “Wtf is that shit John?” He sheepishly says “oh yeah, that’s’banana headband’ - it’s 95% THC. Probably shoulda warned ya”. Lol. The crazy bit (to me) is, he was casually hitting that pen all night and was perfectly functional.
So yeah I think I’m permanently sidelined in the weed game 🤷
Holy shit man, that sounds miserable. I have had horrible experiences when combining weed and alcohol, as well as shrooms and a vape pen. So I stick to just one or the other.
There are different form of THC, delta 8,9,10, and other analogs. 9 is associated with more paranoia. You can find some with various terpenes that can also moderate your experience. Either way, too bad about your experience. I had a family member who really liked pot when younger but also had a bad experience from d9 and won't try the others it freaked him out so bad.
Delta 8 is less potent than delta 9. Delta 10 even less so. There are extracts from sativa, indica, and hybrid strains. With enough research you can get vapes nearly tailored to what you like. I've been impressed by 3chi products, but there are others out there.
