This!
Amazon is hard, if I do, I try not to buy stuff made in China. I have been shopping at our local mall more.
eBay, my orders get messed up from USPS incompetence.
Amazon was difficult but eventually did close my account since the overwhelming majority of Amazon shit is just Chinese b.s. quality deal and figured I'm literally supporting retard bezos and China.
It's not easy. It's definitely not conveinent. It's definitely annoying but i found it worth it.
I try to buy things from south america, india, germany or italy. You pay more but least you dont have China stuff that breaks.
You caught me lying up there. I quit it all except Amazon. With these bastards making money hard to come by, I wouldn't be able to keep my truck running were it not for the affordable parts available there.
RockAuto is my choice for car parts. My mechanic told me about it. Many of the same brands as chain car parts places, but cheaper.
I do often use them and a few others. I mostly use Amazon for things like coils snd injectors. $70 vs. 2-300. And thanks.
Banks as well. I closed my Wells Fargo Bank account and put my money into a local bank and also into a local credit union. We need to pull our money out of the beast system. I've also been buying more locally. Stopped buying at Tractor Supply after finding out some of their chicken feed was causing chickens to stop laying eggs. It's hard to do everything at once, but I'm trying as much as possible to buy locally and spend money at small businesses instead of corporations. Growing my own vegetables as well.
This issue is, there are not other viable alternatives to amazon. Walmart, amazon, target, lowes, home depot, big grocery chains are all the same.
Yes netflix is easy to cut. But if we stop using amazon what is the alternative?
Ebay and your local non-pozzed store chains like Stater Bros and Rural King. Even the Amish have their own online stores as well. Then we build out from there.
If you need a bunch of essential stuff from big corporations, buy in bulk, them burn your bridges. You don't have to start by being all in. It sends a message.
true, I buy my lightbulbs from lightbulbs.com, a family owned business. I try, bought a new jacket from kuiu. Haven't been to a target in a decade. But, have not been able to not use amazon yet. will work on that.
I've found a bunch of sellers on ebay and walmart marketplace just drop-shipping stuff from amazon and adding some markup 🫤
Can't we just throw bozos back into hell and take it over?
You mean the Rural King that sells mostly Chinese trash?
It's all Chinese crap coming from the big retailers. Baby steps bro. At least they are not promoting the LGBTQ, Leftist garbage Tractor Supply is. I'm sure you could buy great useful items from local crafters, do antiquing and find the Made in America website that promotes US manufactured items.
I stopped going to Tractor Supply. They can kiss my ass.
This is true.
Do you really need to buy all that much? is everything you get at amazon really necessary for you and your family?
At the very least what one should do is: when there's something that's really critical you need, first look around in local shops, then try family owned businesses you can find online (there are some patriot marketplaces around), and only then when everything else fails go to amazon and the rest.
Yeah it'll take some looking, yeah you'll probably spend a few dollars more, but it's well worth it imo.
You are correct. I do not need some of the stuff I get from anywhere to be honest. If times get real tough then shit gets cut. Right now it is not tough enough for most people. When it is then we shall see where this goes
I do that for some things, need to do it for more.
Exactly right. Besides food, there really aren't a whole lot of objects that we need to run around buying. Get good quality household goods and they last a long time.
Local non-woke charitable second hand, thrift and consignment organizations. Garage sales, estate sales, flea markets and swap meets, too. You may not get everything you want or need all the time, and it may take a while (weeks, months) to find things, but it may force you to reasses the necessity of the item, and you'll be amazed what shows up at these places, . . ., and at a fraction of retail.
re-assessing what I truly need would be the most beneficial.
IMO, many Amazon purchases (my husband is baseline study for this comment) are impulse purchases. He has a thought of, "it would be nice to have ____", and it's at the door the next day. I haven't purchased from Amazon in years. eBay in over a year. I got to small stores and support my small town when I need to shop.
I live in a small town as well and there is NO place to shop. I don't want to buy chinese so Walmart is out. And there is NO other store here! I get some foods from Amazon because they are not here. period. I have hit EVERY possible place for lemon zest and cannot find any anywhere. No I don't need it and I do without. But that's my point. I want vitamin c I have to get it online and then pay $6.00 shipping for one bottle. I wish there were more stores here but that's impossible, too.
Not trying to be rude, but in what way are these stores “all the same” as Amazon?
Sure, Home Depot isn’t exactly MAGA central, but their (R) vs (D) donation record is more favorable by far than Amazon.
As far as groceries go, smaller chains (HEB, Publix, Safeway, etc) are pretty good about sourcing local. I’m far more comfortable with them than with Amazon.
I thinlk of walmart and home depot tge same as I do rinos. I believe them to be globalists.
They all showed me who they were with masking.
Amazon could be worse. I dont trust amy of the big corps.
Netflix, cancelled. Amazon next as soon as my distiller and hot plate arrive and are proven functional.
Google, "dog poop" and amazon pops up with: Special - pooper scooper with extra bags, leash & invisible dog.
If it was it would been eaten, Oh wait, maybe that's why it's invisible.
physical goods from amazon is a tiny fraction of their profits.
Their real income is AWS, and so many companies use it you effectively cannot boycott it.
Live in a small town with only 2 grocery stores. Found out 1 donates regularly to the food pantry so I switched to shopping there.
Looking forward to Farmers Markets opening and will get back to canning.
Yeah no can do on ditching Amazon. I live 50 mins from the nearest big town and in order to search for things I need would take 10 stops to find it all, if I’m even lucky. I have a headstrong toddler who doesn’t listen and a 4 month old baby that will nap on the way to the store 50 mins away but will scream and cry the whole way back. Going to that many stores with little ones sounds like my personal hell.
Or? I could quickly type what I’m looking for, read reviews to make sure it’s legit and have it shipped to my door a few days later. It’s a habit I just can’t kick right. I did ditch Grove and use Melaleuca now. Patriot owned, nontoxic products. Baby steps. I really wish there was an alternative, USA made/organic, nontoxic only version of Amazon.
Sucks does it not? I’m sure there are actionable things you could do with your time beside not shopping on Amazon. Don’t tell you are subscribed to Prime and watching their programming. Nobody needs to do that.
Well I’m very much awake so I don’t watch programming and even I did I can see right through it and it’s all ruined, all garbage. I just rent old movies on there and see how they pushed the Overton window over the years. I just watched Rebel Without A Cause and even that was programming the youth into despising their parents. This was when the nuclear family was still intact, parents who are still together, they had hot home cooked meals every night and their parents bought them their own cars to drive to school. What a bunch of bull crap. Granted not all homes were perfect and there were abusive households. But the movie didn’t depict that, just bored rich kids mad about nothing. So bored they drive off cliffs.
I can, and I do.
This image is small. It's a good start.
They seem to be shrinking do they not? Just like Sears and Bed Bath & Beyond. I’m sure being an institution and all they should be fine without customers… LOL
*Revolution
Bullshit. Im using AMason to stock up.
Let's not throw out the baby with the bath water. The Top tier at Amazon is corrupt, but the rest of it is just people making a living while working for them. Think of all the people you will be hurting ? That's not God's way. I'll choose to work for God, thank you, not Satan and his fear mongers. God is Love.
I'm not hurting anyone by spending my money elsewhere. Someone just gets paid elsewhere. A different economy is nurtured.
Better to support the American Patriots at other institutions. Amazon is furthering Satan’s work. Mark of the beast is coming soo.
Artificially impeding my ability to get quick supplies and hard to find items isn't my definition of winning personally. I can also fight a man while Netflix is on, no problem.
Fuck Netflix. Pirate that shit
Subconscious mind programming. Financially supporting pedophiles.
Enjoy your sissification programming. Splurge for Disney++ to get the whole experience.
Joke?
No, just a sad fact about comfort.
